ME: This is the lowest point in the United States. ZACH: Guess they haven’t seen my life yet. ME: Good one. [sibling banter-Zach’s life is fine]
Salt flats at the lowest point in North America - an amazing place to see 👫❤🚗🌅
Zabriskie makes a good point... ✨
Texture of Death Valley National Park.
Fighting my way to the weekend like...
Sharing the last few of our pics from Death Valley National Park. We were amazed by stunning colors in such a dry, arid place. Not only does the park contain natural springs that allow palm trees and other vegetation to grow; the rock formations are quite incredible. The last pic was taken at Sunset Campground, our home for a few days, which also had a pretty stunning backdrop.
I don't like sand...
And it gets everywhere.
Death Valley - so much more than I expected, incredible few days driving through the desert ! 🚗👫🏜📷☀️❤
Swipe ⬅️ Zabriskie Point is one of the first geological landmarks you encounter when entering Death Valley National Park from the Nevada side. This amazing vista spot was built by the Pacific Coast Borax Company and named after the company’s Vice-President. Sunsets here are particularly amazing. 👍
We were driving out of the desert because our Airbnb was still at 3hours drive from Death Valley. We told ourselves we couldn’t stop anymore. And then this. And of course we stopped. And we spent a fair amount of time watching this warm sunset taking over the desert.

Death Valley is one of those places that pushes the boundaries of nature. Due to extreme temperatures as far as you drive into it, the less of the tourists, the less of trees, the less of the shrubs, just a big massive “nothing” full of excitement. ☠️
