I love trying new recipes!! This one is amazing if you love mushrooms!! Which I do! And.... my favorite part, super simple to make! *
Garlic / onions / mushrooms ( I used crimini 🍄) / a little bit of dry vermouth ( but not necessary) / 1/4 cup of coconut milk (full fat) / water ( or can used veggie broth)
The recipe called for more coconut milk but I wanted something with less fat and it turned out awesome because the mushroom flavor really stood out!! I would also recommend sauté the garlic, onions, mushroom with the dry vermouth or tiny bit of water first and then add the coconut and extra water. *
Amazing cream of mushroom soup!! I added some ground macadamia and hazelnuts on top!!! It was creamy, delicious and so grounding!! Yum! 😋

[lemongrass • ginger • garlic • onion • chili flakes • cayenne pepper • tumeric • coconut milk • honey • fish sauce • sweet potatoes • parsnips • more onion • sea salt • black pepper • cooked quinoa • jalapeno slices]
Sunday Morning blessings 💫
Homemade Belgian Waffles
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Oil the waffle maker.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In separate bowl, separate egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, oil , and vanilla, stir slightly.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in egg whites.
Cook in waffle iron on medium-high heat for around 5-10 minutes. And Enjoy 😋

Nitro Cold Brew. I love cold brew, and nitrogen-infused cold brew adds an extra layer of smoothness. In this blend, the cold brew really comes through, and the chocolate is smooth an creamy. I wish the cold brew were a little stronger and you didn’t have to “vigorously pour” it (see 2nd pic) because... what if I don’t have another glass? Still good, and #vegan
to boot. I would repurchase on days when I need a change from my normal bulletproof coffee.

Look at my beautiful BIG cup of tea. Talk about wellness at its finest. I ordered the Cod Sandwich special. I normally do not particularly care for tartar sauce... I do now! The freshness of this sandwich was outrageous! Salt ordered the fajita burger filled with tri-colored sweet peppers, a sprinkling of jalapeños, caramelized onions and Monterrey Jack cheese.
