[ WEEK 4 & HONESTY POST ] 💪 So I started week 4 today! If you asked me how about me and my motivation to workout this week I'd probably start crying 😅 There are so many things going on last weeks and I feel like I haven't had any time for relaxation for about 2 months 😳 I'm trying to do the routine right so hard without skipping gym sessions etc., I'm getting up early to make a healthy meal to pack whenever I go, I'm spending days in one job, I do the other one in my "free time" plus I'm trying not to fail the school. Sometimes I get really upset about things because I'm so busy I haven't got even time to spend a lovely stress-free afternoon with my boyfriend or meet my friends 🙈 Even though I haven't skipped any BBG or gym workout yet, I'm constantly having panic attacks over when /where/how I'm gonna do things and If I'll be able to do everything on time 🙈 Sometimes it gets so devastating that I cry all of the sudden or I cannot fall asleep despite being so tired. Of course I'm looking for a solution, it's just so you know what can be hidden sometimes behind all these positive pictures, perfect photos or posts showing you that "everything is going so well". It isn't. It's normal to have some struggles throughout your journey ❤ Keep that in mind because that's what I'm gonna do while trying to survive this week 🙈😅

Therapy update: feeling worse before it gets better.
I go to therapy for 1 hour every week and the closer I look at the problems, the tougher it has been.
But I can't look away anymore, that will make me drown in my own shit.
I need to confront it and deal with it - to not become a living dead.
I know for sure, that you can not buy real happiness and self contentment.
All the external things I used to look for a couple of years ago (for years)... and now I know: feeling good about yourself is Gold. The gold you can't buy, but work for.
Nothing else really matters if you don't love yourself.
None of my problems are external anymore, they are all internal.
I wish I would have known better before and not let it go this far. - I haven't been "myself" since I was 14. A while before that I got into a relationship where it was a lot of comfort, but not much growth.
I've grown in many ways the last couple of years but I've also forgot the good things about who I was. Who I still am somewhere deep down.
And that has been hurting.
I don't want to feel that I'm wasting any more time of my life.
I want to be free. No limitations. "There's nothing holding me back." Let go of old beliefs.
I want to meet the old Jasmine half way, she has some beautiful things to offer me, and I've got some to her.
My biggest mission is to heal and find back to a better version of my old self.
And hopefully one day, help others do that too.
