Today was a long day. We were out for hours finishing up some left over errands.
My youngest is feeling a little sick and her sister helped care for her. I am also in serious need of me time so I am gonna follow my own advice and practice some self care tomorrow. So in honor of following the advice I'm giving I'm going to unplug tomorrow and do a little technology detox.

The other day, during a board meeting we were talking about the various ways we de-stress and find comfort in our daily lives. The concept of Hygge was also brought up. This Danish concepts reminds us to take comfort and pleasure in the simple things in life: enjoying a pair of cozy socks, stretching out on the couch, or sipping a warm cup of tea with a friend.
