In progress.... my take on a sheppards pie 🤗 plenty of hidden veggies in the base including tomato, mushroom, red and white onion, zucchini and carrot 😍 as well as sweet potato on top 🙌🏽 this one is perfect for putting leftovers in the fridge or freezer for lazy nights when I can't be bothered cooking ❤️
For the last month I've been working with a team conducting a needs assessment for schools in Nepal to ultimately increase their nutritional and sexual reproductive health knowledge. It's been such an amazing experience and I can't believe how much I've learnt. It was definitely a challenge to leave my home for so long, but I've grown even more grateful for the life I live. Now to get home and get back cooking 👩🏽🍳
