I've been craving white fish and mushy peas. So here we have it - cod loin, mushy peas, baby plum tomatoes and brocolli. . Completely winged this one and it was lovely. The cod went into a roasting bag with the tomatoes, some mixed herbs, parsley, chilli flakes and pepper. Delicious 😊 . Only 283 #calories however, that doesn't includes the seasoning so I can add another 30 on for that. Булимия.vol.2 Теперь настало время следующего всадника апокалипсиса-бисакодила. Тут моя история нарадоваться проще, ведь и период использования куда короче. Впервые я его попробовала в лагере. Там это было абсолютно логично:из-за стресса случился сбой жкт и медсестра дала мне одну таблетку. Почувствовала себя легко, как никогда. У меня в комнате была девочка, переборовшая анорексия и она мне сказала, что это были за таблетки и что она их раньше принимала и все было ОК. После лагеря я на своих крыльях про-бабочки погналась за бисаком.выпила 2 таблетки, и разочаровалась, ведь результата на вечер не увидела. Но вот на следующий день я должна была лететь в Германию на самолете, и как раз перед выездом ко мне пришло чудо. Ох и настрадалась я тогда... мама надо мной смеялась, а я в панике каждые пол часа искала туалет то в аэропорте , то в самолете. После этого я практически ежедневно пила по 2 таблы, потом по 3-5. В начале этого месяца мне приходилось пить по 7-8 таблеток, но живот болел адски, пару раз ночью я теряла сознание от боли. Я поняла , что пора прекращать с этой штукой, но сделать это было не просто. История этого «излечения» была не простой , но это уже для другого поста.

In other words, on the chart, the goal should be numbers 5-6. CHICKEN WITH PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER RICE💪🏼😍 ~ The chicken 2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts halved horizontally to make 4 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan, finely grated Salt and fresh cracked pepper 2 large cloves garlic, grated 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided For the cauliflower rice 3 cups riced cauliflower (about 1 medium head) 1/2 cup white onion, chopped 2 large cloves garlic minced 2 tablespoons vegetable stock Juice of one lemon (+ zest, if you like) Red chili pepper flakes, optional 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped In a shallow plate, combine parmesan cheese, grated garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in the parmesan mixture; shake off excess and set aside. 2. In a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden on each side and cooked through – about 3-4 minutes for each side, depending on the thickness of your chicken. Transfer to a plate. The cauliflower rice 1. In the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Fry the garlic and onion for 1 minute until fragrant — be careful not to burn. 2. Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet and stir to mix everything together well and coat in melted butter. Cook, stirring regularly for 1 minute. 3. Stir in the 2 tablespoons vegetable stock, about half the parsley, and lemon zest (if using). Cook for one minute to reduce juices then add the lemon juice and a few sprinkles of leftover parmesan cheese, if you like. 4. Adjust seasoning as needed. Stir in the remaining parsley. Return chicken over cauliflower rice and reheat quickly. Serve with fresh cracked black pepper, red chili pepper flakes, and more parmesan. Enjoy!
