Mám pro vás ověřenou metodu, díky které bude vaše kuře neuvěřitelně šťavnaté a plné chuti jako ještě nikdy.⠀ ⠀ 1) Večer před pečením kuře omyjte a vložte do hrnce tak, aby bylo celé zalité vodou a nevyčuhovalo. Zalijte kuře solným roztokem (na 1 litr 60 g soli)⠀ ⠀ 2) V den pečení předehřejte troubu na 90°C. Kuře vytáhněte z vody, opláchněte a dejte na pekáč. Do dutiny vložte tymián a citron. Na prsa a vršek rozetřete máslo tak, aby zůstávalo ve vrstvě. Pečte min. hodinu a půl. Pak teploměrem zkontrolujte teplotu masa - ideální je 70°C. Kuře po upečení nebude vypadat lákavě a už vůbec nebude vonět. A to je dobře, protože si všechny chutě a vůně drží uvnitř.⠀ ⠀ 3) Jakmile má vaše kuře 60-70°C, vytáhněte ho a nechte ho 45 minut odpočívat jen tak v pekáči. Rozpalte mezitím troubu na maximum. [Werbung da Markennennung] Hallo ihr Lieben, na hattet ihr alle einen guten Start in die neue Woche ? Das hier gab es heute bei mir zum Abendessen MEGA lecker sage ich euch Spinat-Putenrolle . Zutaten➡️3 Eier 100g geriebener Morzarella 500g fein gehackter Spinat (TK) 150g Exquisa Fitline 150g Hänchenbrust Rezept➡️Zuert den Spinat auftauen lassen und das Wasser ein wenig rausdrücken so gut wie es geht dann in einer Schüssel den Spinat die Eier und den geriebenen Käse miteinander vermengen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen . Alles auf ein Blech geben (dünn aufstreichen) und bei 180°C ca 35-45 Minuten backen muss schön fest sein. Nach dem backen aus dem Ofen nehmen und auskühlen lassen . Zum Schluss nur noch den Frischkäse und die Putenbrust darauf verteilen und zusammenrollen FERTIG . Könnt ihr warm Idee Kalt genießen . Du brauchst diese Dinge: Mixer 350 Gramm Kartoffeln 270 Gramm Karotten 15 Gramm Butter 250 ml Mandelmilch (sonst normale Milch) 5 Gramm Rohrohrzucker (sonst normaler Zucker) kleine Knoblauchzehe zum Würzen benötigst du Schnittlauch, Paprikapulver, Brühe, Frühlingszwiebel und Pfeffer und Salz. Einfach das Wasser zum Kochen bringen, die Kartoffeln und die Karotten dazugeben. Wenn alles durchgekocht ist, erhitze einen großen Topf mit der Butter. Wenn die Butter geschmolzen ist, den Knoblauch, die Frühlingszwiebel, den Schnittlauch und den Zucker hinzufügen. Während alles am braten ist mische 300 ml Wasser mit der 250 ml Mandelmilch gib Pfeffer, Salz, Paprikapulver und etwas Brühe hinzu. Die Kartoffeln und die Karotten mit zu der Butter geben und 5 Minuten braten. Dann die Sauce darüber gießen . Weitere 10 Minuten kochen lassen. Dann füge alles dem Mixer hinzu und warte, bis alles cremig püriert ist. Diese Mahlzeit hatte nur 567 kcal und reicht mit 3 Portionen mehr als nur für den kleinen Hunger. Guten Appetit 🖤

Kalorienbedarf berechnen Einen wunderschönen Montag Vormittag zusammen 😊 Heute zeige ich euch wie ihr euren genauen Kalorienbedarf berechnen könnt. 📝 Im Internet gibt es natürlich viele Rechner die einem Mithilfe weniger Daten den eigenen Bedarf versuchen auszurechnen, doch leider wird dabei immer vergessen dass die Menschen heutzutage eine komplett unterschiedliche Aktivitätsspanne haben. Die einen sitzen 8 Stunden im Büro am PC oder in der Uni und stehen nur zur Mittagspause mal kurz auf; die anderen laufen den ganzen Tag durchs Restaurant oder die Gärtnerei und sind froh in ihrer Pause mal die Füße hochlegen zu können. Diese Unterschiede muss man natürlich einrechnen und dafür eignet sie am besten die Harris-Benedict-Formel. Zuerst berechnet man den Grundumsatz, also das was der Körper täglich zum Überleben braucht. Bei Männern: 66,47 + (13,7 x Körpergewicht in kg) + (5 x Körpergröße in cm) – (6,8 x Alter in Jahren) = Grundumsatz Bei Frauen: 655,1 + (9,6 x Körpergewicht in kg) + (1,8 x Körpergröße in cm) – (4,7 x Alter in Jahren) = Grundumsatz Zu diesem Grundsatz wird nun noch das Physical Activity Level (PAL-Faktor) hinzugefügt. Dazu musst du deinen 24-Stunden-Tag genau betrachten und einordnen wie viele Stunden du schläfst, sitzend /stehend oder gehend arbeitest. Jedem Bereich wird dann ein gewisser Wert zugeordnet.
