Back in the game of sourdough baking. And, oh, how I'd missed it. This one turned out beautifully, made with a (very young) starter that I've cultivated from scratch for @FatHenForager
, plus a tiny bit of that amazingly active @bakeryonthebeach
starter to help the youngster with the heavy lifting. As always I made the bread without recipe and just eyeballed, with ~ 50/50 rye and wheat.
