Homemade potato wedges were part of dinner tonight. So easy for make at home, no need for frozen chips or takeaway again. The kids LOVE them, and this way I know exactly what my family is eating - no preservatives or additives. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cut your wedges (or thin cut chips if you prefer), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and lay on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees celcius for about 30-45 mins (or until they reach your desired level of golden/crispy)..and then eat of course! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Grilled salmon and asparagus with potatoes
The marinade is olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, water, and minced garlic.
I marinated the salmon in a ziploc bag for 1hr and then grilled them for 15min on 400 degrees.
