1 minute/exercise circuit
16kg Goblet Lunges & squat
Kettle bell squat/press
Medicine ball slams & sprint
Heavy GnP punch bag drags
Medicine ball squats
Olympic bar bell Curls
Battle rope 10 reps + burpee
Bicycle Sprint crunches (elbow to knee) then swap to v-ups
Repeat circuit with 30 sec rest. Last circuit (I think we managed 4) no rest then a micro 30 seconds on each exercise to finish off.
Little competition at the end with us all to see who could hold a 20 kg plate above our heads with straight arms the longest. 😁

COST VS PRICE...
Everyday I speak with so many people that are have target fixation on the price. .
Most of us look at the price and then seek the self justification if it is the best value or do we even have the money to spend. .
The thing we don’t take into consideration is the actual Cost. .
Let’s take this example of Level 1 Protein vs The Fast food option.
What will the long term cost be for choosing to spend $6 vs that of a 2.5 lbs of quality protein ?
Which is more convenient? Driving to the fast food joint , waiting in line, and driving back or two quick scoops and 10oz of water and your done ? .
Which has long term health benefits- Fast Food-fuel, lost time, heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, lower energy levels, self esteem,etc. LEVEL 1 - contains among the highest levels of glutamine and glutamine peptides available in a protein supplement at over 4 grams per serving! Glutamine makes up roughly 61% of the amino acid pool in muscle tissue, which quite simply translates into an improved ability of your muscle to deal with stress and the daily beat down you put your muscles through. Day 4/21 of my #miraclemorning
journey, and yes, it was hard getting up early on a Saturday when the rest of the house are lying in (including the 2 year old!!!) but I won’t reach my dreams lying in bed 🌟
Working full time, having a 2 year old (well 2 next week 😊), and running my passion alongside may seem hectic, and sometimes I wonder what I’m doing 🤪, oh and planning a wedding 😮.
But when I see the transformations happening, not just physical, with the AMAZING ladies in my fun, supportive accountability groups, I KNOW it’s all worth it, and wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️.

The Boy Wonder 👊
This kid/man is seriously one of the most impressive humans I know. (I am guessing my older daughter will read this and my husband so please know you are both on the list too!)
He trains 6 days a week at 5am! His attitude to life is based on discipline and politeness. He is humble. He is focussed.
He has a great sense of humour.
This was him last weekend competing in his first CrossFit competition.

the amazing and inspiring coaches and the people who train there. It takes a village to raise children, and these people are part of this young mans growth.

. $5 Karma class in Silverado Friday nights. Both worthy activities to checkout! Sealfit is a subscription training regime, so I won’t be posting all workouts, but a great introduction to that type of training is 8 weeks to Sealfit by Mark Divine. Go get some!

I’ve been a big saver my whole life. to give you and idea, I’ve been using quicken for more than twenty (20) years. that piece of information right there, will tell you that I’ve had and followed a budget my whole life. it hasn’t been perfect all the time, but I’ve stick to it. I’m also a planner and strategist. I love to see a well craft plan come together.
my wife is a recovering spender. she’s really organize and very good with time management. together we’ve learned that stuff doesn’t bring you happiness and fulfillment in life.

You ever have those parenting days where all your tips, tricks, and discipline tools just don’t seem to work? Just now, I was so close to leaving my shopping cart abandoned in the store because little miss was having a meltdown while mommy was trying to peacefully shop for Christmas decor. I know these hard days and discipline moments will pay off. It’s worth it to do the hard work now but boy, sometimes training up a child is tough!
My Mom’s favorite flower was a rose
Kyle was a huge Superman fan
Losing both of them this year has had an impact on me like none before
Unfortunately I’ve experienced death of people close to me several times in my life
In high school two of my best buddies were killed during spring break my senior year
Because of that I decided to go to college and play sports because they couldn’t
That changed my life
But if I’m honest, only temporarily
Then my very best friend was killed in a car wreck 6 yrs later
Again, changing my life to a great degree and motivating me to live life fast and aggressively to reach my goals of coaching football at high college level
Didn’t take long to give that up and settle for mediocrity
But I now vow not to let my Mom’s and Kyle’s legacy die in me
I won’t stop improving myself and elevating everyone around me until the day I die
If we are friends, relatives, co-workers, acquaintances, or whatever
You better LEVEL UP
Cause I’m raising the bar
A rising tide lifts all boats and I am the tide
Get in line and follow me
The world need dreamers and the world needs doers
