A few quick reviews of some products I've been trying lately:
Kush Mascara - this is okay. The brush is pretty big and the formula is pretty wet, so it always manages to get on my lid when I'm applying my mascara, no matter how carefully I apply it. It adds a decent amount of length and volume, but nothing life-changing. It also clumps my lashes together a bit. It also tends to flake and smudge on me. On the whole, I wouldn't purchase a full size of this (or even go out of my way to get another deluxe sample). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Brow Blowout Fiber Gel Brow Definer - I bought this because I wanted to see if it'd be a good alternative to Glossier Boy Brow (since I can buy it on Sephora and get free 2 day shipping, and it contains more product than Boy Brow). This brow gel coats my brow hairs almost too well. It tends to catch even the little stray hairs around my brows, which emphasizes the fact that I haven't plucked them in a bit haha. It doesn't have as good of old as Boy Brow does, so my brow hairs still tend to go all sorts of different directions throughout the day even after applying this haha. It's also a super wet formula (I personally think Glossier's formula is fairly wet too, but not as much as this one), so I always have to wipe excess product off the brush before applying. Ultimately, I think I'll stick with Boy Brow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair - I received this complimentary from @influenster.
I really like this! I have super fine and thin hair, so with a lot of leave-in products I always feel like no matter how little I apply, it still ends up feeling like I've applied too much. This one, however, never weighs down my hair or makes it feel greasy. I apply this at night after showering and washing my hair, and by morning my hair looks and feels a lot softer and smoother.
