I think it’s so interesting what bodies can do when you push them. Last week I was finishing day 10 of #keto
before switching to #carbbackloading
. I didn’t feel tired necessarily, but I had 2 TERRIBLE workouts in the gym that day. I was my lowest weight I’ve been since 2016 when I started #prep
Yet you all were like “you look so aesthetic!” 🙄
It’s frustrating because on the right, i took 4 days off from training and ate carbs. I’m not as aesthetic at 182, but performing better - yesterday I hit a PR on #squatcleans
and am 5 lbs away from my 2018 goals.
Oh and after that workout, I was 178. 4 lbs of water lost in a day.
