- Aceite de oliva
- maní tostado sin sal - Vainilla
- Canela .
Preparación 👨🏻🍳 :
Les recomiendo usar una procesadora de alimentos ya que si usan una licuadora esta podría malograrse, por lo tanto si usan la licuadora , tienen que parar a cada rato para mover la mezcla y que no se sobre caliente. 👍🏻
1. De un kilo de maní echen la mitad y agréguenle una cucharada de miel 🍯 , de aceite de oliva , de vainilla y una pizca de sal .
2. Esperen aproximadamente 5 minutos y listo. Lo mismo hagan para la otra mitad del maní y recuerden que el maní bota esa grasa natural por lo tanto les debe quedar muy suavecito y brillante jaja 👍🏻
1. La mantequilla de maní es una buena fuente de grasa natural por lo tanto buena para el corazón , ya que baja el colesterol 😉.

I ask that we take the PRESSURE off of our backs and realize that it’s going to take time. We can’t compare our lives to others. Give yourself some GRACE. The Sistine Chapel wasn’t built in a day.
It’s who YOU are becoming in the process. At the end of the day when you lay your head on your pillow at night, if you can say “I gave it my best today!” You’re doing pretty good. Some days are better than others but don’t give up!
YOU owe it to yourself sister! What ever dream your chasing it’s YOURS. Hold on to that and watch as your dreams unfold. You just have to believe in yourself!
Some days you really just need to listen to your body. A little over a year ago I fell from the side of a cliff while trying to take a short cut down a river in Italy. It was only a couple foot drop but I landed directly on my ankle. A month or so later when I thought it was fully healed I went for a jog and stepped off the edge of the sidewalk rolling completely over the same ankle. It hasnt been the same since. I got xrays and pt on it and it never broke but the strain on th ligaments will always be there. A lot of the time I forget this happened until the pain rolls back around especially when I start a new program. I dont let it stop me though. Just listen to your body. I pushed myself today but I still wore my #stylish

Today it was tough to get started on my workout. I wanted to give up part way because my headphones died, i didn’t put as much effort into the 1st portion of my workout and I was going to call it quits and come back later. I didn’t do that though. I put my hat down and kept going and I ended up with an amazing workout- even though it was a bit longer than usual to get everything done. I was so freaking stoked when I realized that we would be tackling the 3 sets of each series of today's workout on their own instead of running through all of the moves and starting back at the top! The muscle burnout was soooooooo good doing it this way!
I found a good spotify station (Confidence Boost) and just jammed out! And then I got so into the workout and tunes that I accidently paused my fitbit during Series 4 and missed the calorie count for the 3 sets, but even without it, the burn was high and I finished up in a really good mood!
My weekly goals are set, my workout is complete, and I'm almost done with my housework (just gotta switch laundry and clean the fishy kids' tank). #Monslay
