I haven't had ONE SLICE of 🍕1 🍺or 1🍪🎂🍩🍰🍦 in the last 31 DAYS. •
Never in my adult life have I survived without all of the above for this long! Legit. I've done nutrition focused programs for the long term, most allow for some treats or healthy pizza or a cocktail swap out or just don't last this long. •
I've learned to step away from my junk food tendencies. I've learned the healthy trades for the dirty food. But I have never gone this long without pizza, beer or dessert. EVER. Like since I was 18. And I'm gonna celebrate that crap outta that! •
Because I don't know about you, but I have ALWAYS attached those specific foods to being social or rewarding myself or comforting myself. And in the last 31 days I have learned that when I'm stressed or overtired or emotional, in my head I would think, damn I want a cookie. Or man I could really use a drink. Or ugh I'm tired I just wanna order a pizza. But I challenged myself to really FEEL what I was feeling and not rely on those things as a coping mechanism! And HELLO, I'm changing from the inside out because of it! •
You guys know I'm all about the TRANSFORMATION, so when I am living my own, I gotta share it. Because like I ALWAYS say, if I can do this, then so can YOU! •

Life puts people in our path on purpose.
I found myself in tears this morning listening to some of ladies in our group open up about their struggles with eating disorders and unhealthy relationships with food. To see them overcome their struggles and find this sense of PEACE with their wellness and look at themselves in the mirror and see someone WHOLE and STRONG looking back at them.
Guys. That's power. And being a part of their transformation is an honor.
