I am happily back in rainy Seattle catching up on my work (and eating) after my trip to Colombia (pics to come!). I just popped in to one of my favorite restaurants, @pintxoseattle
for their cheese plate and to get some writing done and this is the stunning creation they brought me. If you're in the Belltown neighborhood this evening, I highly recommend stopping in for their cheese selection. It's a beautiful collection of Spanish cheeses including Cana de Oveja, Cana de Cabra and Valdeon, served with black mission figs and gooseberries. Swoon, y'all.
