I've been a little quiet lately on Instagram but here's a quick set of dumbell chest press
I'm always trying to add weight weather it be .5kg or 1kg Progresive overload is key.
42.5kg was a nice goal for me hitting 8 reps comfortable with a spotted rep and a negative to finish !
Remember to always have a spotter while going heavy to avoid injury and get those extra reps in 💪

Honest Physique Update🌚
Half way through the 5th week of my mini cut. A total of 5kg lost now, as some of you know I chose to run with a 500 calorie deficit, I’ve had no reason to reduce it any further thus far🤓.
I started the mini cut was because I had lost my appetite having been in a caloric surplus for months. Last time I ran a mini cut it was for the same reason but at this point I was already planning the foods I’d be having when I returned back to my gaining phase🐷. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This time, I’m quite comfortable being in a deficit. Nailing my macros, hitting step goals, waking up earlier, and being way more productive. It takes me back to prep and you might be surprised to hear but I miss it👀. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As much as I do see my physique as a tool to succeed in this sport and not just an accessory I wear, I always feel more confident when leaner😅.
Tempted to continue the mini cut for another 4 weeks with my birthday coming up and it’ll also give me chance to properly assess my physique. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
