-Getting to his left side
-Feeling unstable at setup
We gave hime 2 drills which I used from the TPI screen process to create feelings of:
- Being able to separate upper and lower body
- Creating stability in the lower half
-Feeling correct posture from his hips and pelvis
Feel vs real was a real lightbulb moment for Andrew and we made some great strides in 45 minutes 😎

Working on this L-sit handstand but today wasn’t particularly productive. I can’t tell you how ridiculously uncomfortable this ear infection is but I think moving my body and changing my centre of gravity helped a bit with pushing blood. I think that’s enough. Not every day has to be a winner, sometimes you just have to make it a go-er. The saying on my second picture is one of my favourites. G’ma are you up for a FaceTime in a bit?
