Made it to London yesterday totally unprepared for the rain. Bought these ridiculous umbrellas and walked around Soho and Covent Garden weaving in and out of streets stopping to eat, drink, shop and laugh at random things. First thing I did upon touching down was buy a giant bottle of water to rehydrate and found an amazing raw food restaurant to load up on everything colorful. Although I don’t eat healthy 24/7 while I travel, I find it helps me adjust to time zones to have at least 24 oz. of water and a veggie rich meal when I land. Also digestion will be more on point. Omg pasta goals for real!!! idk man, this may have even been better than Giacomo’s. Shared too much pasta with my Italian soulmates: penne Gorgonzola, crazy Alfredo, and frutti Del Mar. we laughed, we cried, we unbuttoned our pants.
