Chicken Tangdi Kabaab Masala .
So this is Tangdi Kabaab grilled or fried which I made into a masala , so you could have it as a tangdi kabaab or as the gravy masala . So flavour is from the chicken marination , so be sure to marinate well for 3-4 hrs . I have used here @alrawdahfarm
Fresh chicken legs , it’s Antibiotic free and fed on vegetarian feed . .
Chicken Tangdi Marination
Chicken leg - 800 gms
Pepper powder -1 tbs (more for spicy )
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Green chilly paste -1/2 tbs
Cream or may-3 tbs (optional)
Yougurt -4 tbs
Corn flour -3 tbs
Lemon juice -1 lemon or vinegar
Butter -2 tbs
Make slits in the chicken , except the butter add in all the ingredients and marinate the chicken well , then grill or pan fry the chicken in butter .
Onions -3 nos sliced
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tbs
Green chilly -5 nos
Coriander leaves -1 tbs
Cream -1/2 cup or cashew paste - cream could be cooking cream or fresh cream .
Water -1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbs
To a pan add in oil , add in the onions and sauté well till almost crispy brown then add in ginger garlic paste and green chillies .
Add the onion base to the fried chicken . Pour in cream and water . Add in coriander leaves and lemon juice . For spice can add in green chilly or pepper powder .
