So I gotta post about this because it could actually affect someone really badly when said to the wrong person.
So on my story someone’s asked why I got fat hahaha firstly, I ain’t fat, but that’s besides the point. The point is, there are so many girls (and guys) out there that are so insecure about their body, that if they got told something like this, it would literally send them fucking mad.
Like what’s the point in even saying something like that? Luckily I’m 110% secure with myself and love my body and know it’s far from the truth but why would someone go to great lengths to not only create a fake account but to then try and bring me down?
I know the answer, their jealous, very insecure themselves and gain joy out of making other people feel like shit. So whenever you get trolled like this folks, remember that’s it’s not about you, it’s more about them & we should feel more sorry for them that they hide behind a keyboard very unhappy with their own lives.
Moral of the story - be kind to everyone because you don’t know what someone might be going through.

Thai Peanut Chicken 🤤🤤🤤
Preparation is key when it comes to eating well, if you don’t have food prepped the easiest thing to do is to grab some fast food 🍟 This is the perfect dish to have for lunch the next day, or even dinner, make sure you cook enough 👌🏼
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 2 Large Carrots
- 2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
- Add 1/2 Cup Potatoes or Brown Rice
For the Sauce - 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Peanuts

I am eccentric.
I am raw.
I am unruly... untamed.
I am a mish mash.
And yet... as a whole I cannot be defined as "imperfect". How can any human being be described as such, how can any living thing?
I am perfect in my imperfections.
Secure of my insecurities.
Happy in my pain.
Strong in my weaknesses.
Brave in my MANY fears.
And beautiful in MY OWN way.
I AM ME!
We are all beautiful in our own way.
It is our uniqueness that makes us so.
Our idiosyncrasies that make us interesting.
And yet what unites us, what allows for compassion to breed is that we are inherently made from the same mould.
Our current world is a constant state of comparison... between each other and everything that surrounds us.
As I grow each year older I revel in the new outlook I have and the heightened ability to see people and things for what they are and who they are rather than their external selves or appearance.
When we strip down... literally, to our bare human form, and when we realise that we all essentially desire to achieve the same goals - sustenance of health and maintenance of the state of happiness- it is so much easier to reject comparable behaviour.

Putting the cart before the horse’ means focusing on the detail before you understand the big picture and context of those details. For example, focusing on what supplements to take before setting a specific goal, calculating your calorie/ macronutrient requirements.
Are you aiming to drop fat, maintain your current condition or gain strength and lean muscle tissue? This is the big picture and everything else falls into context to the calorie requirements needed to achieve this result. -
Before working on the fancy details such as nutrient timing, gut health, liver detoxification and supplementation, it is more effective to focus on hitting your daily calorie and protein targets on a consistent basis. This is a very simple concept but as we are complex beings, living complex lives in a complex world this concept is very easily missed or ignored.
This is evidenced by how rare it is to hear discussions about the importance of mindset and behavioral adherence to nutritional programs. Understanding our behavior and lifestyle from an individual and societal perspective provides more useful information surrounding the big picture.
However, it is often easier to market and sell the latest supplement, product or diet approach by pushing the less important details in reverse order. Unfortunately this is the way of the world. It is preferred we don't see the big picture and think like irrational consumers.
Concepts of accuracy, flexibility, consistency and adherence to calories and protein intake are the important factors to consider, not which brand of protein supplement to buy or liver detox process to begin when trying to drop fat.

On this post I gonna explain a bit of "triple extension" and training barefoot.
. 📌Triple extension is the simultaneous extension or, potentially, locking, of the ankle, knee, and hip joint.
If you lock out your joints, your posterior muscles (gluteus, hamstrings, and soleus, particularly) transfer energy more efficiently and powerfully, which makes sense because you are fully contracting your muscles concentrically. Because of the sequential contractions, the distal joints (knee and ankle) can produce more force than if they were isolated. In other words, the joints and muscles above the knee and ankle provide an additional power source, which for example allows the ankle to produce 6 times as much force than in isolation. Additionally, because your lower-body posterior muscles are some of the most powerful in the body (particularly the gluteus maximus and soleus), it is important to expend as much force from these muscles as possible.
📌About barefoot training: 👇🏽
Your feet are the only body part that come in contact with the floor during most exercises. Whenever you perform a movement, it starts with a connection to the ground and works its way up the chain. Your power comes from the bottom up. Cover your feet with shoes, and suddenly that power is decreased.
And your toes are crammed and can’t splay right when you wear sneakers. This can mess up the mechanics of your ankles and knees during many exercises, hindering your form and increasing your risk of injury.
Most people don’t have the ankle mobility during squats to probably perform them without shoes. Without proper range of motion, too much of the weight can be transferred to the lower spine.
Benefits: increases ankle and toes stability, mobility and range of motion; increases body balance; increases full body strength.
