Dear Valuable Customers,
We would like to apologise to those who have placed orders on Souq.com recently and have not received their orders. Unfortunately the problem lies with souq due to its highly unstable platform and also due to it’s incompetent courier company belonging to Souq. We have been facing these problems on Souq for weeks and the platform keeps changing our online prices on its own and at the same time some of our Just Gentle items get automatically delisted! We can therefore no longer trust Souq.
We have escalated this serious matter to the CEO of Souq.com – Ronaldo Mouchawer on many occasions but we have not received any meaningful response till now and no remedy has been given other than to acknowledge they have an issue.
For those who have placed orders online with Souq for Just Gentle, we kindly ask you to cancel the orders because Souq have refused to do the shipping.
