As much as I told myself I had done enough today, I had to workout. I did a 25 min cycling interval (4.28 miles), 10 minutes with 10 pound dumbbells, 6 min with 12 pound dumbbells and 6 min with 15 pound dumbbells. 100 boat crunches when I get home for my blogilates ab challenge! If I can do it, anyone can. The EXCUSE "I don't have enough time" is just that, an EXCUSE. I woke up at 4am, worked 5am-2pm, went to my weigh in, did schoolwork 3pm-6pm and went to the gym 7-745pm 🤷‍♀️ Its hard a lot of days, but it's well worth if in the end if you really want it.

Stimulating growth in the upper chest can be a difficult and stubborn process but the payoffs are worth it! Start your workouts with incline presses (dumbbell or barbell) if your upper chest isn’t growing. Make sure the weight is challenging since you will be at your strongest in the beginning of your workout! See instructions below⬇️ . 1️⃣Pick up the dumbbells off the floor using a neutral grip (palms facing in). Position the ends of the dumbbells in your hip crease, and sit down on the edge of an incline bench✅ . 2️⃣To get into position, lay back and keep the weights close to your chest. I have no idea why I didn't get around posting incline dumbbell press until now 😅 Anyways this is one of the stables exercises I love to do and just trying to get some solid volume work in 👌 This can either work your shoulders or chest more though that depends on the angle you are doing it at 📐 The higher the bench is, the more work you will put on the shoulders.
