For optimal results make sure your glutes are being properly engaged. By pushing your heels into the floor with those squats you should really feel the results from each exercise. I was super hesitant to post this, but even if one person looks at it and gets inspired, then it's worth it. I joke about my back fat, but it's more real than my hair is red. I've always struggled with it and been very self conscious. Once I started focusing on my health and fitness, I was ecstatic when I started noticing my body changing. Except my back. Despite what people say, you can't really target which part of your body loses weight. It happens all over according to how your body is. I got a hold of 50kg dumbbells today, i haven't seen a pair in 5-years. I decided to give them shot and done a few sets of bench with them. It felt like i have never been away.
