🌼HOME WORKOUT IN LIMITED SPACE🌼 Day 18: Today I didn't feel like going to the gym, but I knew I was a day behind with exercise. It's getting increasingly difficult to so much as walk in my apartment since we extended the size of the little fella's playpen, so I'm left with a narrow long space in between a playpen, office space, couch and dining table 😢 I managed to get in a pretty good workout using a kettlebell, dumbbells, elastic band, skipping rope and aerobic step. It burnt 400 calories, so I was pretty happy with that. It was done before the baby woke up and I even had #superman cheering me on!
