An early morning workout done 💪🏻 I was going to complete another tonight, than post them together, that was the plan. I’ve got to know, that sometimes there are things that never go to plan! but what is better is to not beat yourself up about it, it’s even healthier and that doesn’t also mean it’s the end of the world either! I’m tired so l won’t. I’ve helped my mind understand which has taken me along time to adjust to the FACT that 1 workout that hasn’t been completed doesn’t rule out the 3 I’ve already done. My body and mind are just not up to it, that’s more of them telling me to rest now and I would rather listen to them than listen to the want to, because the need right now is much more important and I don’t need to get up. If I want to sleep, that I’ve only now woken up from I will. If I want to sit up and watch Netflix l will, because im in control, not even that little voice that tries to sway me in to the direction of guilt tripping myself! The reason behind this, there’s always another day! 🙌🏻 l also believe very strongly in baby steps, the healthiest way! at your own pace. So, here’s to finishing week7 on a high and welcoming week8! as from tomorrow.
