You have to be real with yourself and your therapist for it to work. A lot of times we experience trauma in our childhood that is the blame for a lot of our unhealthy behaviors as adults. Certain energies won’t even appeal to you and that’s what life is all about .... GROWTH... find a therapist you can feel comfortable with and relate to , it makes it easier!!!! but go #Restorelife#eachdaygetsbetter#love#healingplace#gratitude#takecareofyou#selfcare#growth#peace#happiness#GO
Lack of time is an excuse, not a reason. An excuse you tell yourself and others because of reasons you are scared, you don't like change, low self esteem, not good enough....the list could keep going. But, if you make time for yourself and put yourself FIRST, not only will you become a better person but your whole world will change. It all starts with making the time, not making up excuses. STOP LYING TO YOURSELF!!!! .
