Kettlebell weight required for challenge:
Body weight up to 54kg - 12kg kettlebell
Body weight over 54kg - 16kg kettlebell
Body weight up to 72kg - 20kg kettlebell
Body weight over 72kg - 24kg kettlebell
Correct technique must be performed on all movements.
All of you have the potential to build the strength and conditioning required to dominate this challenge.

PR lately has been giving me the itch for some Weightlifting.
They will bring me storms and I will drink the rain and dance with the lightning.
LOW BACK PAIN IS A BITCH!
Long story short...Some of you may know that I went through a low back injury almost 2 years ago and never fully recovered.
I went from working out 4-5 days per week high intensity training/heavy lifting to 0 DAYS 🙀 due to my injury.
I couldn’t sit or stand for long periods of time for 2 weeks straight.
I went to multiple doctors, physical therapists, etc.
It all came back that it was a muscle injury..
I was so afraid to workout because I didn’t want to go through that EVER AGAIN 🙅🏽♀️
I went into a state of depression because I wasn’t working out and was so focused on not being able to workout like I used to...
Granted I didn’t gain that much weight because I still watched my nutrition but working out is a huge part of my life and how I manage stress!
That state of mind that I was in lasted much longer than it should’ve!
And that year brought other huge stressors in my life.
I’m usually good at handling stress because my health was in control but that year I couldn’t handle the stress of everything happening all at once.
I wasn’t in a happy place.
I got so sick and tired of feeling depressed and just not happy that I knew I was ready to make a change!
I HAD TO!
For my health, my mood, my relationship, my business, etc.
I got back into the gym this year and my focus has been to do whatever it takes to progress and get rid of that pain.
I hired a coach to help fix my muscle imbalances, strengthen my core and get me back to the FUN stuff!
I just want you to know that everyone goes through struggles! All that matters is that you get back on track and KEEP TRYING!
I’ve mixed my training with Pilates Reformers 1x per week to help strengthen my lower abs.
Low back pain could be from many different things but here’s where you can start:

The first 3 pictures are the last 2 days, and the last was about 4-5 months ago. Today is a great celebration for me: with my birthday approaching, I’m so happy to say that I reached my FIRST goal weight!!! I’m officially down 30 pounds and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been struggling for some time not trying to figure out what worked for me, and this was the saving grace I needed. #Keto
has helped me in so many ways. The first week, before I started, I watched videos and read articles and did my research on this entire diet. I said “that is so crazy! There’s no way in hell people could lose weight eating high fat and low carb!” I swore each and every one of us needed carbs to get energy and survive daily things! Don’t get me wrong the process was long and tough to master in the beginning, you go through the lack of energy phase, and the struggling to meet fats and carbs phase, you go through the temptations, but one thing that over powers this, is if you fall off you have to start from day one all over! Your body falls out of #Ketosis
! I found soooooo many healthy options to foods I love, you learn to really balance your diet and what you’re eating: do I want to waste a whole day of carbs on a bagel or a CUP of soda?! Or do I want to have a MEAL of 10-15 grams of carbs and still be able to eat?? Exercise is a big part as well! But the after effects, more focus, more energy, MORE FOOD. It’s not just about the money and the toys and nice things. I take pride in everything because of everything I have gone through to get to this point. Nobody understands the time it has taken and sleep I haven’t got or lunches I’ve worked through including dinners in that same day sometimes. Its the working 14 hours straight using headlights to get the job done and driving back 2 hours just to get 3 hours of sleep to do it again the next day. I’m not anywhere close to done. Be careful who sends you shit like "looking out for you", or "I got your back" - Half the time fools just want to watch some drama and check your reaction. Mostly they just want to see how you deal with you being rekt.
