My oh crap I forgot I don’t have any pancake mix recipe.
🍌 2 bananas
🥚 2 eggs
🍞 A little bit of flour to help with the texture (I personally use GF) 🍫chocolate chips
These cook super fast so use a low/med heat and watch em. They’re not the most filling so I’ll usually put peanut butter on em and cook more eggs to eat with them.
Just a little somethin to keep ya from being hangry in the morning before you go grocery shopping. 👌🏼

Cheesy Rutabaga Mash With Bacon
I don’t usually cook with rutabaga. So, I thought I’d try something easy and start with a mash. Hope you enjoy.

4-5 strips of bacon, cooked and finely chopped
2-3 lbs. rutabaga, peeled and cut into small chunks
¼ cup heavy cream
1/3 cup butter
Freshly cracked pepper
1 cup aged cheddar, shredded
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place bacon on a baking sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place in oven and check on it around 15-20 minutes, depending on desired crispiness. Chop bacon into crumbles and set aside. You may place the bacon on paper towels to soak up excess grease before chopping.
3. Add rutabaga to a large saucepan and cover with water. Add 1 tbsp of salt and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30-40 min or until rutabaga is tender.
4. Drain in a colander and place cooked rutabaga in a large mixing bowl. Add heavy cream, butter and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Mash the rutabaga with a potato masher or fork until you get the consistency you are looking for. You can use a food processor as well if you are looking for more of a puree.
5. Add aged cheddar and bacon. Mix to incorporate the ingredients. The heat from the cooked rutabaga will help melt the cheese. Garnish with some crumbled bacon and a knob of butter. Enjoy.

We usually add whatever veggies are in the fridge and make a big batch so we have plenty of leftovers for lunches: • Boil pasta according to box directions. • Sauté torn kale leaves with chopped bell pepper and onion until kale is tender and onions are translucent. Season the veggies with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. • Toss the veggies and pasta together, top with lots of feta cheese, and serve!

Day 70 🙌🏻. Can’t believe that it’s already day 70 and next week is my last week of this program (this is my 2nd time doing it because I love it so much)! Has it been easy? No!
Am I enjoying it and having fun? Yes! Have I been 100% with my nutrition? No!
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about enjoying the things you love in moderation. Life is too short to be anything but happy. If you aren’t happy with your life or how you feel or look you can change that! You deserve to be happy and feel confident in your own skin. 😘

before but this turned out to be a success! I left 6 Tbsp of chia seeds in 2 cups of Califa’s toasted coconut almond milk (which I’m now obsessed with thanks to a coworker) with 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract in a mason jar overnight after shaking. When I first tried it I thought it could use something extra so I blended in 1/2 cup of coconut flakes and part of it with cocoa powder. Avocado cream pasta with roasted mushrooms😍💚 The sauce is super easy to make. I usually whip this up when I have too many ripe avocados that need to be used immediately lol. I blend some avocado, spinach (sneaky nutrition boost), almond milk, a bit of tofu, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and Himalayan pink salt👌🏼 Add to any pasta!

SWEET POTATO ZUCHINNI WAFFLES- so amazing! Please try this delicious and healthy recipe of ours!! It’s such an easy and fun way to get veggies in your meal! You won’t regret it!
1 cup sweet potato, grated (about 1 sweet potato)
3 cups of zucchini, grated (about 2 zucchini)
1/2 onion, grated
1 cup almond flour
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon salt
Place grated zucchini, onion and sweet potato in towel and wring out as much water as possible. Add eggs to a large bowl and beat.
Add almond flour, spices, vegetables and melted coconut oil. Make sure to let your coconut oil cool before adding. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the middle of the waffle iron and cook. If you waffle maker requires greasing before hand, do that. We like to broil ours in the oven for 2 minutes to get them extra crispy!! This recipe should make around 12 medium size waffles 😍

Yummy Keto desert!! Almond butter bark. Next time I may add some Lillys chocolate chips or drizzle some sugar free chocolate over the top. Either way it is delicious.
Almond butter or peanut butter 1/4 cup
butter 1/4 cup
vanilla 1 teaspoon
Sliced almonds 1 cup
Liquid Stevia or swerve or sweetener of your choice 1 tablespoon
Warm up peanut butter/almond butter and butter in microwave 30 seconds or on the stove. Add in remaining ingredients and stir! Flatten between two pieces of parchment paper. Freeze for 30 to 45 minutes before eating in store in freezer. Enjoy!

. •Devils Chocolate Cake Box Mix
•2 Oreo Cookies 'N Cream pudding 4oz. Boxes
•6-8 Oreos for topping .
•Milk to make the pudding
•Vegetable oil, 3 eggs for cake mix
1. Bake the cake according to the box mix.
2. Take out the cake and poke holes in it with the end of a wooden spoon.
3. Mix up the pudding and let sit for 2 minutes.
4. Pour it over cake and push it into the holes, smoothing out the top.
5. Put in the fridge to cool for 2-3 hours (the longer the better the cake is) .
6. Top with crushed oreos and ENJOY 😀

Starting to get in the festive spirit in an Aussie way 😜 cherries are in season and I love them 😍🍒today’s brekky was a mixed berry smoothie bowl with almond milk, 1/2 a frozen banana, vegan protein powder, flaxseed meal, baby spinach, pitaya and insulin powder, and cinnamon 🤗 I topped it with cherries, blackberries, toasted coconut and pepitas. After photographing I also put some ABC butter on top because I love having healthy fats with my breakfast to help keep me full until lunchtime 😆have an amazing day everyone!
