I did make a few changes (an extra half banana, no applesauce or sugar, quinoa flakes instead of oats, and I added a chopped date), but oh guys, you need to get on this NOW! 😍
Served with raspberries, another date, @mayversfood
hemp protein peanut butter, and @impressedjuices
natural almond yoghurt, which I have to say, I was incredibly impressed with..........
