For those of us that want to lose weight portion control is critical, you might think you are eating all the right things but if the quantities are not correct you are sabotaging your efforts. Black Bean Dip: 2 -- 15 oz cans of organic black beans (reserve 1 tbs liquid) 1 tablespoon liquid from black bean can 1 clove garlic minced 3 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons tahini 3 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or high speed blender for 1-2 minutes. 🍉 Une journée dans mon assiette 🍽 . 🕖 8h30 on prend le petit-déjeuner dehors, alors que je suis lever depuis les 6h45 l'appétit le matin ne vient pas de suite, je dois bouger pour sentir la faim venir. Je ne suis pas une grande fan des petits déjeuner, mais je suis bien obligé étant à tendance de faire des hypoglycémies si je ne mange rien le matin... donc... L'humeur des petit déj est changeante chez moi j'aime bien diversifié et des fois le manque d'idées se fait sentir... . 7h00 du matin la maison est déjà à 26°C donc on aère tout en grand pour récupérer des précieux degrés avant les 35°C attendus dès cet après-midi 😶 Mais hey ça va on est en été, on va pas se plaindre à chaque fois quand même 🙄😋 . 🌼 Ce matin c'était donc salé avec un café noir ☕, 2 tranches de pain complet aux graines🍞, une tranche de blanc de poulet et une tranche de mimolette 🧀 et un kiwi 🥝 Une jar d'eau fraîche et romarin du jardin 🌿que je prépare la veille pour que ça sois bien infuser. . [RECETTE] 🥄 LASAGNE POULET COURGETTES Hello IG ! Ça faisait longtemps j’ai l’impression que je n’avais pas testé de nouvelles recettes 🍴 Ici ce sont des lasagnes au poulet, et courgettes 🐓 Même le chéri a validé à 200% ✅ Hésitez pas à me faire un petit retour ça fait toujours plaisir 😘 Pour 4 belles parts (photo 2) à 7 SP la part 🥄 6 tomates 🍅 1 oignon rouge 1 oignon blanc 1 gousse d’ail 1 échalote 600 gr de filet de poulet 🍗 150 gr de pâtes lasagne (environ 10/12 plaques selon le plat) 🍝 2 courgettes 🥒 125 gr de mozzarella 🐄 Herbe de Provence Épices Colombo On commence par hacher ou mixer le poulet. Mettre des épices à colombo avec. Réserver. Pour la sauce on la fait soi-même ! Faire une entaille au « cul » de la tomate et la laisser 2 minutes dans l’eau bouillante. Les passer sous l’eau froide. La peau se retire facilement ensuite. On mixe les tomates avec du sel, du poivre et des herbes de Provence. Couper finalement les oignons, l’ail, l’échalote et les faire revenir à la poêle. Ajouter ensuite le poulet. Laisser cuir quelques minutes et ajouter la sauce tomate. Couper les courgettes sur la longueur assez finement et les précuire quelques minutes. Maintenant le montage ! On commence par les pâtes, puis la sauce tomate poulet, puis les courgettes et ainsi de suite. On terminera la dernière couche avec pâtes et sauce tomate. Enfourner 15 minutes à 180 degrés en chaleurs tournante sur la partie plus inférieure du four mais pas tout en bas non plus 😆. Et 5 minutes avant la fin, ajouter la mozzarella. Le temps de cuisson peut varier d’un four à l’autre donc on surveille 👌🏼
Hello IG ! Réveil sous le soleil ☀️ On a commandé notre salon de jardin et une petite piscine pour profiter de l’été car pas vraiment de vacances loin prévues cet été 😏 Si vous regardez derrière bien les tomates poussent un peu trop bien et vite mais tant mieux ... sans parler des radis salade et aromates 🍃🌿 Ce matin je découvre à nouveau le plaisir du pain de mie perdu grâce à @mel_ma_balance_m_a_balancee ! Un œuf, du lait, de la vanille et le tour est joué 🥚🍞🥛 Je prends toujours le temps de faire un vrai petit déjeuner le matin, c’est mon repas préféré je pourrai petit-déjeuner à midi et petit-déjeuner le soir aussi 🍽🍽 Et vous le repas préféré ? 😁

Et voilà « j’appelle l’été » n’est ce pas @bouinite ? 😅 Demain c’est la pesée bouhhhhh (musique qui fait peur...) 👺 Non en vrai j’avais lâché la balance depuis deux semaines et j’en suis pas super inquiète parce que c’est surtout le reflet du miroir qui compte plus que le chiffre (même si évident il montre aussi une évolution) 👌🏼 Donc on se détend et on profite de ces jolies tartines de muffins, guacamole de @thibault_geoffray et crudités 🥗 Qui dit mieux ? [RECETTE] 🥄 BANANA BREAD & PEANUT BUTTER de @julya66 Hello IG ! Ça fait longtemps que je n’ai pas poster car j’étais un peu en mode économie d’énergie... J’avais mis de côté WW mais je suis de retour 🥳 Reprise en douceur avec le délicieux cake de @julya66 , banane, chocolat et beurre de cacahuète... c’est à dire un bon mélange gourmand ! [RECETTE] 🥄 CRACKERS SARRASIN Hello IG ! Avec le surplus de galette j’ai préparé des chips de sarrasin 🤗 Pour la pâte qui m’a donné 12 crêpes 🥄 90cl d’eau 💧 330 gr de farine de sarrasin 🌾 10 gr de sel 🧂 1 œuf 🥚 Mélanger tous les ingrédients et laisser reposer une heure au frigo. Puis faire les galettes à la poêle. Pour les chips on empile les galettes et on coupe avec un grand couteau des triangles ou des carrés hein selon vos envies ! Et puis révélez l’artiste qui sommeille en vous 😂 Étaler sur une plaque avec du papier de cuisson et 15 minutes à 180 degrés. Ça change de l’apéro ça coûte presque rien et c’est moins gras que des biscuits apéro industriels ! Avec un peu d’imagination et cette base vous pouvez décliner ça 🍹
[RECETTE] 🥄 MUFFINS CHOCOLAT CŒUR FONDANT Une tuerie tellement simple à faire ! Réussis à tous les coups, tellement fondant ! 🍫 Pour environ 6/7 muffins 🥄 - 150 gr de chocolat pâtissier + 6/7 carrés 🍫 - 40 gr de sucre - 90 gr de farine de blé 🌾 - 90 gr de beurre demi-sel 🧂 - 3 œufs entiers 🥚 Faire fondre le beurre avec les 150 gr de chocolat. Mélanger dans un saladier les œufs, la farine et le sucre. Rajouter le mélange chocolat/ beurre fondu. Repartir dans 6/7 moules à muffin jusqu’au rebord du moule(pas plus sinon ils seront trop petits et moins fondants). 🍫 Rajouter dans chaque moule un carré de chocolat entier ! Variez les plaisirs, cœur chocolat praliné ? Chocolat blanc ? Une fraise pourquoi pas ? Un chamallow ? Pour la cuisson, 9 minutes dans un four à 210 degrés. ⏱ surveillez, il vaut mieux cuire moins, que trop !
