CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS WITH HOISIN RECIPE This was my very own take on @philippechownyc @mrchow recipe which is supposed to be the best in this restaurant! This differs from the usual Chinese chicken wraps as it has more veggies and less sauce! Personally I think this recipe is the way to go! RECIPE 1 pound ground chicken or turkey 2.5 tbsp oil 1 tsp grated ginger 2 garlic cloves minced 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 scallions diced 1 small zucchini diced small 2 large shiitake mushrooms diced small Add 1.5 tbsp oil to a large skillet. Heat on medium low. Add your chicken and brown. Make sure to chop your chicken super small. This is best done with a fork. Once browned, remove from heat. Add ginger and garlic and add back to low heat until fragrant. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and hoisin sauce mix well. Next add zucchini mushrooms and scallions. Cook on medium low for about 15 minutes, until veggies are cooked through and soft. Serve with Boston lettuce cups for a fresh bite 🤗

O tempo ate lá é longo para um contest, considerando meu BF atual, oq diminui nossa margem de erros e proporciona um maior conhecimento ao meu treinador a respeito do meu fisco pelo respaldo positivo ou negativo que ele apresenta referente ao planejamento. Haven’t eaten beef, pork, steak, or a cheat meal in awhile and it’s definitely paying off. My mid section is getting smaller, my entire body is shrinking lol (still tall lol) but just by changing my diet up and using my @vitagene Information that provides me a list of what and what not to eat definitely helps. I still eat carbs but only on leg day and if i know I am running 3 miles the next morning. Full day of eating! 🍠🍌 + reverse diet/lean bulk update 🏋🏼‍♀️ I started this at the very beginning of September at 125lbs eating ~1,850cals | 200C | 50F | 150P. ⏭ Now, 6 weeks later, I'm weighing in around 127lbs eating ~2,305cals | 280C | 65F | 150P. So I'm ⬆️ 2lbs and ⬆️ 450cals/day. I'll take it! 🙌🏻🤗 Other factors: body comp basically feels the same as when I started, but strength is feeling pretty dang good comparatively - especially when it comes to my strength consistency and overall motivation. 📈 I plan to keep upping those macros, thus my weight, over the foreseeable future to put on some muscle and set some new PRs! Fall and Winter months are the most fun to lean bulk anyways (hello, all the good food 😛), so I'm ready to embrace it! Finally got around to trying the @purely_elizabeth oat cups and it did not disappoint! I have to say, my fav part was definitely the color! Who could resist blue oatmeal? Blueberry and lemon flavor with granola given, banana, walnuts, and hemp seeds. Convenient when you don’t have much time in the morning for breakfast!!

Been dying to make some fall goodies at home so I made this pumpkin bread Saturday 🍂🎃 • this was super easy to make, but I made some slight adjustments —> Instead of using regular all-purpose flour I used @pillsbury almond flour and I added 1 tbs of cinnamon to the batter instead of 1 tsp! I also added some cinnamon to the glaze. I ended up baking mine closer to an hour instead of 40-50 minutes. This was super moist and the extra cinnamon brought out the pumpkin flavor even more! Loved how this turned out and can’t wait to bake this again 😻 ingredients and instructions are attached in the last image!!
