Am I the only one who has issues updating on Instagram today ?🤔 Anyways, I jogged same distance as yesterday (6km) but finished 2mins earlier. That’s how I measure progress. Baby steps, no pressure. ☺️ No weights today. Instead I did a proper body stretch.

◾️Creates muscle balance – dividing our muscles into different days can lead to imbalance. The most common is overworking our chest versus our back creating a hunch in the shoulders and upper back.
◾️Promotes injury prevention – Overtraining major muscle groups are a common way to injure yourself. Balancing push and pull moves will help you not to overwork and stress your muscles and give you plenty of recovery time between workouts.
◾️Increases muscle mass in ALL muscle groups- A push and pull routine increases time spent on all muscle groups (meaning not just one leg day!)

🤤🤤🤤 Trust me to find a new favourite flavour that was a 4 day limited edition 😂😩 This was absolute fire though.. a gorgeous strawberry yogurt - type filling (so fresh 😍) coated in thick white chocolate - the chocolate layer was so thick I couldn’t break it - my excuse for an absolute fail of a doughnut video .. 👉🏼🤣

This Spinach Cucumber Smoothie is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fiber.
1 small cucumber
handful of spinach
1 green apple
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 cup water
