Day 53 Lunch: 3 eggs 🥚, 5 olives, cheese 🧀 crisps. + Grape 🍇 Zevia. My makeshift office charcuterie board LOL I felt like a whole bunch of different tastes and textures for lunch today. 😊
Cheeseburger overload produced these macros. Not sure what's up with the carb count. Scanned the package from the burgers from yesterday's lunch. It registered a few carbs, but the package claimed 0g. I'm not too worried about it!

dessert protein I knew I had to take a crack at my first protein pancakes! I was DEFINITELY not disappointed. Here’s the recipe I used:
2 scoops of protein powder
1 tea spoon of baking powder
6 tablespoons of water (or SF almond milk)
Mix it all up, pour over a hot frying pan, wait until the centre bubbles, flip, and serve🤤🥞🥞🥞. The pancake itself doesn’t have any ‘protein’ taste, of course I had to try it with @waldenfarmsinternational

The cooked greens make the kale and spinach safer for the thyroid (reduces natural goitrogens), and the fresh arugula is great for supporting detoxification via the liver. And they add a splash of fiber 💩

Keto doesn’t have to be complicated. Eggs, sausage patty, & spinach is the way to go.
Bacon wrapped egg cups filled with buffalo cream cheese 😍 I eat a jalapeño fried egg every morning but this sounded so good today.
Per each (according to the brands I used) 207 calories, 12.7g protein, 16.7g fat, 1.2g carbs (net and total is same)
Preheat oven to 400. 6 slices of bacon and line each section of a large muffin tin (mine has 6) with bacon. Whisk 7 eggs and add seasoning (I used EBTB) pour eggs into each cup. I eye ball it by pouring enough to come halfway up the bacon, but you can measure or crack eggs directly in.
In a small bowl mix 3 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup of cheese and 1-2 tbsp buffalo/hot sauce sauce (I use Franks). Microwave for 30 sec. Spoon evenly right into each egg cup in the middle of the raw egg. It’ll sink down. Top each cup with 1/4 more of shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 min. Mine cook perfect at 25 but just make sure bacon isn’t raw lol. Overcooking will make the eggs less fluffy and kinda gray so just keep an eye on it.

This is how I get my water in at home. I have no problem getting at least 50-60oz or more in at work. Only because I work in a really dry, hot, factory. But once I get home I want bad things and lots of diet coke.
So my solution is to use my mason jar cup and a STRAW. I find I drink so much more when I drink from a straw.
I recently went through my pantry and found lots of crystal light. I only use half a packet at a time because I find it too sweet. BUTTTTTTTT I didnt even think to check the macros. Thank goodness I did because I was just at the end of the one box of Crystal Light and I was gonna open the Stur Organic when I looked at the nutritional info and went HOLY F*** 5 grams of carbs for half a packet. And that's when those went straight to the garbage!
