CRISPY SESAME CHICKEN WITH A STICKY ASIAN SAUCE ~ 5 tbsp olive oil 2 eggs, lightly beaten 3 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch) 10 tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp garlic salt 2 tsp paprika 3 chicken breast fillets, chopped into bite-size chunks Sauce: 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional - you can leave out and just sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds at the end if you prefer) 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar (white wine vinegar will work too) 2 tablespoons honey 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (use more or less depending on the brand and how spicy you like it) 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoon brown sugar 4 tablespoons soy sauce To Serve: Boiled rice 2 tbsp sesame seeds Small bunch spring onions (scallions), chopped Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot.Whilst the oil is heating, place the egg in one shallow bowl and the cornflour in another shallow bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika to another shallow bowl and mix together. Dredge the chicken in the cornflour, then dip in the egg (make sure all of the chicken is covered in egg wash), and finally dredge it in the seasoned flour. Add to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes, turning two or three times during cooking, until well browned. You may need to cook in two batches (I find I can do it in one batch so long as it's no more than 3 chicken breasts). Remove from the pan and place in a bowl lined with kitchen towels. Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok, stir and bubble on a high heat until the sauce reduces by about a third (should take 2-3 minutes). Add the chicken back in and toss in the sauce to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and divide between four bowls. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seeds and spring onions." 🔥4 Exercises For A Strong 6 Pack🔥 - Follow @dancudes for the best diet and fitness tips on Instagram! - Despite what you have been told or been made to believe, abs are not just for show. These little dudes actually serve a purpose and they better be strong and solid. They function for stabilization, rotation, and flexion of the torso which all impact performance whether that be in the gym or just in daily life! Here are four exercises for a strong 6 pack! - 💪 Planks are easily one of my favourites because they can be done anywhere, anytime, and they fricken work. They are effective! There are plenty of progressions to make them harder so find one that challenges you. Tip: "pull" your elbow towards your toes (don't actually move them) and feel how much more your core is engaged! I always reference a video made by @finnbalor on YouTube about it! Search it up and check it out! 💪 Leg lifts are very challenging for a reason. They involve a lot of core strength, but also scapular strength and stability as you have to hang from a dead hang position and use your core to lift your legs against gravity. If you want to make them more challenging, extend your legs and make them straight and get your toes to touch the bar you're hanging from! 💪 L-sit progressions are not just for gymnasts which, by the way, have extremely strong cores! You can do progressions of this exercise to truly challenge your body and core to its limits! Point your toes, straighten your arms and feel the burn. 💪 Compound lifts, when done properly, are so effective for building a strong core. Think about it, one of the functions of your core is stabilization which is challenged when moving heavy objects (e.g. a barbell back squat)! Keep the core tight, brace it through the movement and you'll feel a difference in strength almost immediately! - Did I miss any? Clean & Healthy “Oh My...Stir Fry!” . . So often I’ve stayed away from meals that have a ton of ingredients or a lot of chopping because I just want food on the table quickly; especially when I’ve just gotten home from the gym and I’m starving. I’m always looking for hacks to help with this. For this meal, I only had to use a knife for the red bell pepper and mushrooms because I used a Mandolin Slicer. Huge, huge time saver! To get ribbons you just slide the vegetables longways down the blade of the mandolin. . . Here’s what’s in this dish: Baby Zucchini, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Snow Peas, Red Onion, Shrimp, Coconut Oil, Broth, Cashews, Salt and Pepper. Sauté Veggies in one pan and the Shrimp in another. I use a little home made Chicken Bone Broth in addition to Coconut Oil for added nutrients. Don’t forget Salt and Pepper. Top with Cashews. Afternoon snack 👅 #guac 🥑 #cheesesauce 🧀 #salsa 🍅 Sajtszósz recept - 1 ek liszt - 20 dkg sajt (gouda/chedar) - 2 dl tej - fehérbors - só Kezdjünk el 2 dl tejet tűzhelyen melegíteni. Ha felmelegedett, adjuk hozzá az 1 ek lisztet, illetve a 20 dkg reszeltsajtot. Keverés mellett főzzük sűrűre. Végül ízlés szerint sóval és fehérborssal ízesítsük. Várjuk meg míg kicsit kihül,és tortilla chipssel tálaljuk! Salsa recept: - 2 db paradicsom - 2 dl paradicsomszósz - 1 fej fokhagyma - fél fej vöröshagyma - fél citrom leve - só, bors, chili A paradicsomot és a hagymát vágjuk egészen apró kockákra, majd keverjük hozzá a sóval, borssal, és chili paprikával ízesített paradicsomszószhoz! Végül a fél citrom levével, és a fokhagymával ízesítsük!

Cookies make the world a better place🍪🥛 #levander #levandercookies with #lemonzest 🍋 - 2 evőkanál lemorzsolt levendula - 200g olvasztott vaj - 100g porcukor - 300g finomliszt - 1 csomag vanilliás cukor - 3 teáskanál vaniliaaroma - 1 teáskanál sütőpor - 1 egész citrom lereszt héja A porcukrot keverjük ki a vajjal, majd adjuk hozzá a többi hozzávalót! 10-15 percre tegyük be a hűtőbe az összeállt tésztát, majd lisztezett felületen nyújtsuk ki és szaggasunk belőle tetszőleges formákat! Süssük 20-25 percig 150fokos sütőben!
