What is more challenging to you, eating better or working out???
For me it's eating better, I can work out and once I establish a routine I am good. But eating good, nutritious food is so hard for me. I am a sweets kind of girl so I have to constantly battle to not fall into them. I would really love to do better with my eating habits but I'm not going to beat myself up if I have a taco every now and then. 😀

I made Mexican bowls for dinner last night 😊 raw vegetables, guacamole, roasted sweet potato and Mexican turkey mince! The recipe for the turkey mince is up on my blog - link is in the bio.
