Breakfast should be the most important and biggest meal everyday. As the day progresses, Lunch should be the middle and Dinner should be small since at night you should not consume a huge meal. Most Americans do the opposite and end up with Breakfast being the least important to Dinner be the most important. That's how weight gain happens. It took me a while to understand this method but as I started following this process I finally understand the body. So basically Breakfast should be the most important and Dinner be the least important.
