We don't mind being on the outside looking in... (and we're not talking about the window☝🏻) [ 📸: @bostonfoodgram ]
Less walk-o, more 🌮. •
The weather this week has been LEGENDARY so let’s lounge for lunch, shall we? •
I go here for its oh-so-fresh tacos, lively outdoor patio and stellar guac 🥑. If you get a table in the ☀️ , please obey the strict margarita mandate. We’re watching you 🧐
If you see me there, don’t ask me about that fried oyster taco 🤯 that no longer sits on the menu 😥.

COCONUT BANOFFEE PIE😋
✔️1 cup (110g) raw pecans
✔️1 cup (90g) Bob’s Red Mill regular rolled oats
✔️1/2 cup (38g) Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened shredded coconut 2 tablespoons (18g) Bob’s Red Mill coconut sugar
✔️1/4 teaspoon (1g) fine sea salt 2-3 tablespoons (32-48g) pecan butter
You’ll also need:
✔️Salted coconut caramel cream sauce
✔️3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
✔️Coconut whipped cream
✔️Coconut sugar-sweetened dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 325˚F. Lightly grease an 8″ removable-bottom tart pan and line the bottom with parchment paper; set aside. In a food processor fitted with the S blade, blend the pecans, rolled oats, shredded coconut, sugar, and sea salt into a fine meal (this should take 1-2 minutes). While the processor is running, add the pecan butter (start with 2 tablespoons) and process the mixture becomes dough-like; about 30 seconds. If your dough is too dry and doesn’t stick together when pressed between your fingers, add the third tablespoon of nut butter and process until combined. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared tart pan, ending the crust about 1/4″ from the top of the pan. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork then chill in the freezer for 30 minutes (this will ensure the crust keeps its shape while baking). Bake at 325˚F for 18-22 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cool, cover with plastic (heads up: the crust needs to stay in the pan) and store in the refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to assemble the tart. Crust will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week and in the freezer for up to one month (wrapped in three layers of plastic to prevent freezer burn).
When you’re ready to assemble the pie, spread the caramel cream sauce over the bottom of the crust then freeze for at least one hour or until you’re ready to serve. To finish, top with sliced bananas, coconut whipped cream, and dark chocolate. Assembled pie will keep for as long as the bananas are good; 1-2 days.

#EatMe#YaltaEatMe
Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, `and what is the use of a book,’ thought Alice `without pictures or conversation?’

So she was considering in her own mind (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid), whether the pleasure of making a daisy-chain would be worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when suddenly a White Rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her.

There was no label this time with the words `DRINK ME,’ but nevertheless she uncorked it and put it to her lips. `I know SOMETHING interesting is sure to happen,’ she said to herself, `whenever I eat or drink anything; so I’ll just see what this bottle does. I do hope it’ll make me grow large again, for really I’m quite tired of being such a tiny little thing!’
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~There was a glass box that was lying under the table: she opened it, and found in it a very small cake, on which the words `EAT ME’ were beautifully marked in currants. `Well, I’ll eat it,’ said Alice, `and if it makes me grow larger, I can reach the key; and if it makes me grow smaller, I can creep under the door; so either way I’ll get into the garden, and I don’t care which happens!’
