The 🦀🦀 are amazing at the moment, so repeating the crab cakes from a few weeks back, and thought I would give you the cucumber relish recipe this time arround. (The crab cakes recipe you can find on the august post.) So for the cucumbers - bring 150 ml of whitewine vinegar, 100 gr of sugar with a pinch of crushed schezuan pepper corns, to a boil - let reduce untill it’s syrupy, and set to cool. Slice the cucumber using a spiralizer or a mandoline, put in a bowl with one clow of crushed garlic and salt. When the syrup becomes cool-ish, pour over the cucumber along with a splash ov olive oil. Leave it for at least 2 hours, preferably over night. And that’s it! Perfect for crab cakes, thai fish cakes or hot dogs. 🥒🥒

I created this romantic cake for my client, Kelly’s wife. With pops of freesias, chrysanthemums and ranunculuses, I don’t think this floral arrangement could read a lifetime of love, friendship and devotion more! So cheers to a lifetime of celebrating birthdays together! 💕
