🍵 Matcha Chia Seed Pudding Starting off my morning right with this superfood pudding👌🏼 It’s got matcha AND chia seeds. Super healthy & delicious, just what I needed this Friday✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s in my bowl🥣 ▫️3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@lovemysilk ) ▫️3 tbsp Chia Seeds ▫️3 tsp Matcha Powder (@ujidomatchatea ) ▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mix everything together in a mason jar & refrigerator overnight (make sure to stir the chia seeds well otherwise they will clump). Eat straight from the jar or pour out into a bowl & top with blueberries & banana slices!

🍕 Cauliflower Crust Veggie Pizza ⏲ Under 15 mins | Serves 2 So I’ve been wanting to try cauliflower crust pizza for the longest time & I’m probably late to the game lol but I finally found some at @wholefoods last week! I loaded mine up with veggies ofc (also because I have to clean out my fridge before vacay). It was delicious & I have to say that I will definitely be making this more often 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 Cauliflower Crust ▫️Pizza Sauce (I used roasted garlic from @heb ) ▫️Mozzarella Cheese ▫️Veggies- tomato, broccoli, green bell pepper, onion, spinach, & garlic ▫️Seasonings- red crushed pepper, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt & pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 425*. Chop up all the veggies & add to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in all the seasonings. Now to layer the pizza! Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, veggies, & a little more mozzarella. 🍳 Sweet Potato Breakfast Cups ⏲ 10 mins Prep Time | Yields 9 Cups It’s all about the breakfast this week! “Meal prepped” (on a Thursday 😂 hence the air quotes) these egg cups which are perfect to store in the fridge/freezer & eat throughout the week for a quick breakfast. It’s Thursday guys, so close to the weekend with Beyoncé 💃🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ EGGcellent Recipe📝 ▫️1 small Sweet Potato ▫️4 Cage Free Eggs ▫️3 tbsp each for 5 Egg Whites ▫️1 tbsp Olive Oil ▫️Shredded Cheese ▫️Salt & Pepper Veggies: ▫️Cherry Tomatoes & Avocado ▫️Onion & Spinach ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Using a grater or mandolin sliced, shred the sweet potato. Then in a bowl, mix together olive oil, shredded cheese, salt & pepper. Divide into 9 muffin tin cups & press the mixture down to the bottom. Bake at 400 degrees for roughly 15 mins. Meanwhile, chop up all your veggies. Once the sweet potato has baked, add in the desired veggies to each. Now time to add in the eggs! I try not to eat too many whole eggs a week due to the yolk being high in cholesterol, so I used a combination of egg whites & whole eggs. So I’m random cups, I added the egg whites & in the rest, I cracked in a whole egg. Again, bake at 400 degrees for roughly 15 mins. {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights}
🥞 Banana Waffles w/ Strawberry Syrup ⏲ Under 15 mins | Yields 8-10 Mini Waffles Everyday this week so far, I’ve been trying to cook up all the food that’s close to going bad in my fridge 😅🤷🏽‍♀️. Had some poor bruised bananas that I thought about freezing them for smoothies but then waffles sounded so good 😋 So here’s a simple, healthy, little messy, banana waffles recipe to celebrate #WaffleWednesday ! (Plus it’s so much fun using my mini waffle maker by @unprocessyourfood ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Waffely Delicious Deets👇🏼 ▫️2 ripe Bananas ▫️2 Cage Free Brown Eggs ▫️1 tsp Cinnamon ▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▫️1 1/2 tbsp Almond Flour (@bobsredmill ) ▫️1/2 tsp Baking Powder ▫️1/4 tsp Baking Soda ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Strawberry Syrup Deets👇🏼 ▫️4-5 Strawberries, cubed ▫️1/2 cup Water ▫️2 tbsp Stevia ▫️1/2 tbsp Cornstarch ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the waffles, blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour into a waffle maker & cook accordingly. For the syrup, add everything to a pot & bring to a medium boil. Stir frequently until it forms into a thick syrup. Start to stack the waffles. Every 2 waffles, I added some maple syrup, almond butter (@justins ), plain Greek yogurt (@siggisdairy ), & the strawberry syrup. Continue until you reach the top! 🥦 Broccoli, Beans, & Quinoa ⏲ Under 15 mins | Serves 2 I was in need of a quick dinner tonight & so I made one of my 4 ingredient meals. It’s so simple & easy but still muy tasty 😋 Also, these 4 ingredients are packed with rich nutrients, vitamins, & lotsaaa protein 💪🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s in my bowl🥣 ▫️1/4 cup Tricolor Quinoa ▫️1/2 cup Vegetable Broth ▫️1/2 head Broccoli ▫️1/2 can (15oz) Black Beans ▫️Seasonings: chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a medium pot, cook the quinoa in the vegetable broth until all liquid is absorbed. In a separate pot, fill with water & add in broccoli florets. Let the broccoli cook for roughly 10 mins. Lastly, heat up the black beans in a bowl. Serve everything in a bowl & add in seasonings. I topped mine with some cilantro & hemp seeds.
🍠 Sweet Potato Toast Celebrating #ToastTuesday with some delicious sweet & savory sweet potato toasts 😋 Sliced sweet potato, toasted in a toaster on the highest setting twice (flipping the second time). Toast 1 - smashed avocado topped with cherry tomatoes, red crushed pepper, salt & pepper. Toast 2 - almond butter (@justins ) topped with sliced bananas & hemp seeds. Toast 3 - roasted red pepper hummus (@sabra ) topped with sunflower & pumpkin seeds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s rainy & gloomy here for the next week or so ☔️ Be safe everyone around hurricane areas 💕
🍝 Spaghetti & Zucchini Meatballs ⏲ 15 mins Prep Time | Yields 5-6 “Meatballs” Really needed to use up my zucchini before it went bad so I decided to make some spaghetti with zucchini “meatballs”. It adds a nice crispy twist to regular old spaghetti & just tastes so good! Monday’s are hard but I’m feeling good after this meal✨ Ready to grocery shop 🛒 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Meatball Deets👇🏼 ▫️2 Zucchini ▫️1 1/2 tbsp Egg Whites ▫️1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs ▫️2 tbsp Olive Oil ▫️1/4 Onion ▫️1 clove Garlic Seasonings: ▫️Italian ▫️Basil ▫️Parsley ▫️Salt & Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 375. Using a grater or mandolin sliced, grate the zucchini. Add some salt & let it sit in a colander for roughly 20 mins (this will drain any excess water). Then use a towel to squeeze out the remaining water & transfer into a mixing bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients & mix everything together. Using your hands, form small golf-sized balls & place in glass baking dish. Cook the zucchini meatballs for roughly 45 mins (or until crispy & brown), flipping halfway. Serve with whole wheat pasta, roasted garlic pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, & red crushed pepper! {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights}

So adorable & works so well! Enjoying my Sunday with these delicious fluffy waffles. Running errands around town today 🏃🏽‍♀️ What are you guys up to❓ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Waffle Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 large Egg ▫️1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (@siggisdairy ) ▫️1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@lovemysilk ) ▫️2 tbsp Coconut Oil ▫️2 tbsp Maple Syrup (plus more for serving) ▫️2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour ▫️3/4 tsp Baking Powder ▫️1/4 tsp Baking Soda ▫️1/2 tbsp Cacao Powder (@guittardchocolate ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a mixing bowl, add in all the wet ingredients first - egg, yogurt, milk, oil, & syrup. Then add in the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, & baking soda. Then pour out about half the batter into a second bowl. Add in the Cacao powder & mix. Turn on the waffle iron & spray the top & bottom with cooking oil. Pour both batters at the same time onto the waffle iron, swirling them around. 🍛 Thai Cauliflower Noodles ⏲ 15 mins Prep Time | Serves 3-4 Tried out this new recipe for dinner last night & I was pleasantly surprised 😋 Eating the rainbow 🌈 & all the right Thai flavors. Hope you guys are having a wonderful Friday✨ Yay for short weeks ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 head Cauliflower ▫️2 boxes Squash Spirals (@veggienoodleco ) ▫️Purple Cabbage, shredded ▫️Carrots, shredded ▫️Bean Sprouts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Flour Batter: ▫️3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour ▫️1 tsp Baking Soda ▫️1 cup Almond Milk (@lovemysilk ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thai Sauce: ▫️1/3 cup Soy Sauce (@kikkomanusa ) ▫️1/2 cup Honey ▫️1/4 cup Tahini (Prince World’s Finest) ▫️2 tbsp Sriracha (@huyfongfoods ) ▫️1 tbsp Sesame Oil (@kikkomanusa ) ▫️1 tbsp Rice Vinegar (@kikkomanusa ) ▫️1 tbsp Cornstarch ▫️3 cloves Garlic, chopped ▫️3 tbsp Ginger, chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Start off by preheating the oven to 450° & cutting the cauliflower into florets. Rinse them in a colander. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Batter: whisk together all three ingredients. Then add in the cauliflower & evenly coat everything. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish (be sure not to transfer any excess liquid). Bake for roughly 20 mins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While that is baking, transfer the veggie spirals to a colander & sprinkle with some salt. Use your hands to evenly mix it. Let it sit for 20 mins - this will help drain out any extra water. Then, use a towel & wring out all the water. Transfer back to colander & separate the noodles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a medium saucepan & stir on low/medium heat until the sauce starts to thicken. Set aside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once the cauliflower has cooked, transfer back to mixing bowl & add in about 2/3 of the sauce. Evenly coat the florets, transfer it back to the baking dish, & let it cook for another 20 mins. To serve: Add noodles, cabbage, carrots, sprouts, & Thai cauliflower. Drizzle on the remaining sauce & top with sesame seeds. Yummm 🤤 {Recipe video in story highlights}
🥜 Crunchy Peanut Butter Cups ⏲ 15 mins Prep Time | Yields 12 Chocolates Having dessert before making dinner tonight...oops 🙈 Hey that’s the best part about adulting! Eating whatever I want, whenever I want 😋 These peanut butter cups really hit the spot & I had to seriously tell myself to stop eating them! Swipe to see them in all their glory 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe📝 Chocolate Layer: ▫️1 1/3 cup Cacao Powder (@guittardchocolate ) ▫️1/2 cup Coconut Oil ▫️2 tsp Vanilla Extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Peanut Butter Layer: ▫️1/4 cup Crushed Peanuts (some for topping) ▫️1/2 cup Peanut Butter (@jifbrand ) ▫️2 tbsp Coconut Oil ▫️1/4 cup Honey ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chocolate Layer: In a bowl, mix together ingredients. Microwave for 30 seconds. Using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop out mixture & pour into muffin cup liners. Save the remaining for the top. Pop the muffin tray in the freezer for 15 mins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Peanut Butter Layer: In a good processor, chop the peanuts until roughly crushed. Take out the muffin tray & sprinkle a little of the peanuts over the chocolate later. Next, mix together the ingredients for the PB Layer. Microwave for 30 seconds. Using a tbsp measuring spoon, scoop out mixture & pour into muffin cup liners. Make sure to use up all of it! Pop the muffin tray in the freezer for 15 mins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Layer again with the chocolate using the same tbsp measuring spoon. Freeze this time for about an hour. Afternoon snack 👅 #guac 🥑 #cheesesauce 🧀 #salsa 🍅 Sajtszósz recept - 1 ek liszt - 20 dkg sajt (gouda/chedar) - 2 dl tej - fehérbors - só Kezdjünk el 2 dl tejet tűzhelyen melegíteni. Ha felmelegedett, adjuk hozzá az 1 ek lisztet, illetve a 20 dkg reszeltsajtot. Keverés mellett főzzük sűrűre. Végül ízlés szerint sóval és fehérborssal ízesítsük. Várjuk meg míg kicsit kihül,és tortilla chipssel tálaljuk! Salsa recept: - 2 db paradicsom - 2 dl paradicsomszósz - 1 fej fokhagyma - fél fej vöröshagyma - fél citrom leve - só, bors, chili A paradicsomot és a hagymát vágjuk egészen apró kockákra, majd keverjük hozzá a sóval, borssal, és chili paprikával ízesített paradicsomszószhoz! Végül a fél citrom levével, és a fokhagymával ízesítsük!

Cookies make the world a better place🍪🥛 #levander #levandercookies with #lemonzest 🍋 - 2 evőkanál lemorzsolt levendula - 200g olvasztott vaj - 100g porcukor - 300g finomliszt - 1 csomag vanilliás cukor - 3 teáskanál vaniliaaroma - 1 teáskanál sütőpor - 1 egész citrom lereszt héja A porcukrot keverjük ki a vajjal, majd adjuk hozzá a többi hozzávalót! 10-15 percre tegyük be a hűtőbe az összeállt tésztát, majd lisztezett felületen nyújtsuk ki és szaggasunk belőle tetszőleges formákat! Süssük 20-25 percig 150fokos sütőben!
