Having fruits and raw kombucha for breakfast and will soon head home. Had a fabulous weekend with my sister and her family who live here in Berlin. We enjoyed lots of delicious vegan food and went to the @rohvolution fair yesterday. I wouldn't mind having these now as well. Eating the rainbow is just so delicious 🙌 Thank you Mother Nature 🙏

Today (as we have a nice winter in (nearly) spring time😅) I prepared semolina pudding...I miss this food as it is one of my fav childhood food (What is yours?🤔) It is not so difficult to prepare it. You have to cook it slowely in milk (any type of milk will do) or water and then serve with anything you like. Properly in Poland you will get with pure juice. Am I right? 😅 I today cooked in milk together with frozen sumer fruits. They gave me nice semolina taste and nice colour too. You may add some honey for the sweeter taste. I did not. It was sweet enough (for us 😉). When you cook it use whisk and stir continuously. It will be thin at the start point but later will get thick. For about 2 glasses of milk I added about 4 tbsp of semolina. Less semolina less thick more semolina more thick.

Never knew this place existed but omg recommend so so so highly!! @modpizzauk let’s you build your own pizza, with as many toppings with you want and it’s only £7.87 AND it’s in soho !!!! They also have an amazing amazing vegan cheese that actually tastes cheesy unlike loads of pizza places I’ve been to before. Admittedly mine wasn’t vegan as I had to add some anchovies hehe but I can artichoke, olives, rocket, anchovies and lots of vegan cheese 🤭 to summarise:
🍰 dietary requirements: 10/10
🍟 overall food: 8/10 - for the value it was incredible but I’m a fan of bigger crusts so next time may try upgrade to their thick crust version 👌

Recipe: Mix 150gr of of cashew in you blender. Take it out and than mix 150gr of medjool dades with 60ml of fresh 🍋lemon juice and 50gr of unsweetened coconut flakes. Mix all ingredients together and put it in a form to make a 1cm thick layer. Put it in your fridge for 1 night and take it wherever you go 😊😍
Ps if you don't like dades, you can swap them for dried figs or even dried apricot.
This is one for any nutritionists out there... What are your thoughts on tofu? Since I’ve pretty much stopped eating meat, I’m now having tofu a few times a week but I keep reading conflicting reports regarding the health benefits. Some research suggests it’s a great source of protein, omega 3 fatty acids and minerals but I still see some warnings about soy products being rich in “plant oestrogens” (potentially stimulating oestrogen-dependent breast cancer cells). Has anyone got an up-to-date answer? FYI this is a satay tofu noodle salad and it’s INSANE. 🥜🌱👌🏼😛
