I know you all felt some type of way about those easy carrot oatmeal cookies I made 2 weeks ago so I made a similar recipe and subbed in apples... here’s my Apple Pie Oatmeal Cookie Recipe🍎😱 .• 1 cup rolled oats .• 3/4 cup coconut flour .• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder .• 2 tbsp coconut oil .• 1 cage free egg (or sub in 1 smashed banana if vegan) .• 1/2 cup honey .• 1 cup skinned & finely diced apple ~ Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl - wet ingredients in another. Combine and fold in small apple pieces & chill in fridge for 30 minutes. ~ While waiting to cool preheat your oven to 325F - line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ~ When batter is chilled begin to drop dough into 15 scoops on prepared sheet, flatten slightly. ~ Bake for 13-15 minutes - let cool on sheet for 10 minutes. I topped these bad boys with @siggisdairy vanilla yogurt and cinnamon! SO GOOD🔥 Hope Thursday is treating you well friends🌟 | #thepeachyprodigy

Last night's dinner was a Quinoa based "fried rice". I didn't have any onions, carrots or peas so it was just quinoa, zucchini chunks, sweetpotato bits, and egg mixed in with a little butter, pepper, and soysauce. Then we had some frozen chicken tenders that i tossed in an orange sauce. The "fried quinoa" was a bit of a modge podge experiment. Alkaline veggie omelette with walnut cheese: Walnut cheese: Soak 1 cup of walnuts overnight In a high speed blender, mix: Soaked walnuts Juice from 1-2 limes 1-2 tsp of sea salt and onion powder You can add cayenne if you want spice Blend and enjoy! I'm back! From an unintentional break. I've been dealing poorly with some stressors in my life. Just munching mindlessly on snacks and putting myself at the bottom of my priority list. I've been asleep at the wheel so to speak but I've just woken up to myself on this day. So this buffalo tuna salad is my apology to myself and a good start to getting back on track. 🍇 The Power of Grapes 🍇 I just drank my fresh grape juice (with a hint of fennel today - YUM!) and had a bit of 'pulling' and some pain come through. This sometimes happens when I drink grape juice as I can feel the areas where I still need to dig into; my gut and my upper chest/shoulder/neck area. . .👉Grapes will expose the areas in which need more work. Other fruits will do this as well though I notice grape juice can be more intense. ✔️If you feel discomfort when adding in more fruit, write it down and keep track of what you felt; WHERE was the discomfort coming from? This can give you an idea of what needs ATTENTION and INTENTION. . . Example: I know that I need to dig more into my Upper Circulatory/Brain and Nerve. My lymph nodes near my neck are a bit overloaded so I need to work on some neuro-lymph points, kidney filtration, and also keep working on cleaning out my colon and strengthening my connective tissue (I was told I have a prolapsed colon and that is exactly where I feel the pull). If you want to dig in yourself, add in some grapes and you will FEEL things move. . . 🍇Grapes are extremely astringent and will move the lymph aka pull out acids. You may feel this PULL. This is stagnant lymph full of metabolic wastes beginning to MOVE. . . 🍇Grapes are high in fiber and will facilitate movement of the bowels = you will clean out that colon! Even being on grapes for an extended period of time (2 or 3 weeks or more) you will find that you are still eliminating waste. You will clean out waste that has been in there for YEARS! . . 🍇Grapes are high in water content and will hydrate you interstitially. Your skin will thank you and you will see and feel the difference. Remember - you are entirely made of cells. And when your cells are happy and hydrated you will be too! If you want to dig in, add a glass of grape juice a day. This is a great way to start the process of really getting deep without doing a full grape feast all at once. Have fun and remember the PULL is good 🙂
