Your body stores fat, down to over consumption of food, compared to the amount you move. Unfortunately you can’t chose where it stores, everyone is different. In the same way you can’t choose areas to lose it from. Losing body fat comes down to your energy balance. Burning more than you consume on a daily basis over a consistent time period.
Ab/ Core exercises , will strengthen your muscles, but will not really help burn calories/ energy enough to lose the fat unless you are consistently burning more energy than you put in your mouth (Calories) So it is true, abs really are made in the kitchen, so get your food:activity levels in check, and start to see some fat loss around your love handles 😀
