🔵Receta: 2 tazas de copos finos de avena sin gluten, 3/4 de taza de mantequilla de almendra cruda, 1/4 de sirope de agave, 1 cucharada de aceite de coco derretido, canela y vainilla en polvo al gusto. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y poner en un recipiente aplanando la masa a unos 2 cm de grosor. Pober al congelador 10 minutos mientras preparas el chocolate. Para el chocolate: 5 cucharadas de cacao en polvo, 4 cucharadas de sirooe de agave y 5 cucharadas de aceite de coco. Mezclar hasta que quede bien fino y berter encina de la masa y repartir. Decorar con vistros toopings favoritos (yo le he puesto nibs de cacao). Dejar 10 minutos mas en el congelador. Cortar las barritas y conservar en la nevera en un recipiente cerrado.
🔴 Recipe: 2 cups of fine flakes of gluten-free oatmeal, 3/4 cup of raw almond butter, 1/4 of agave syrup, 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil, cinnamon and vanilla powder to taste. Mix all the ingredients and put in a bowl flattening the dough to about 2 cm thick. Pober in the freezer 10 minutes while you prepare the chocolate. For chocolate: 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons of agave sirooe and 5 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix until it is fine and berter oak of the dough and distribute. Decorate with favorite toopings visions (I have put cocoa nibs). Leave 10 more minutes in the freezer. Cut the bars and keep in the refrigerator in a closed container.

Physical Wellness - my experience with Type 2 - slow carbs instead of no carbs. Focus on avoiding refined carbohydrates and finding sources that are whole grain and low-glycemic impact. One of the early lessons I learned was to avoid starches that are WHITE. White rice, potatoes, and breads are usually carbs that have the worst glycemic impact. Also eat all the green vegetables you want!⠀

We don't often get the time to shop exclusively at bulk stores, farmers markets or other independent stores, but we do our best to make more sustainable choices at the supermarket where we can! We choose to buy loose produce over prepacked, bread from the bakery in a reusable bag, and buy other consumables in cardboard or glass over plastic. Our weekly shop isn't the perfect waste free shop but it does alright! As consumers we have the responsibility to make more sustainable choices and use our money as a vote for what sort of products we want to see on the shelves 🍎🍌🍞🍐

Weight loss is funny. It is not linear. There isn’t always a clear path. There are wins. There are losses. There are frustrations. There are rewards. Easy it is not. And it never will be. Consistency is key. There is almost 1 year exactly between these 2 photos. There is a 30-35 pound difference. At first glance, it’s hard to tell— my cool art teacher shirts are just too distracting. Haha! Jk jk. While this photo may not show many obvious differences, I can tell you how the girl in the photos is different. The person on the right is healthier, more confident, has tried new things she never would have before, and tries to make healthy choices daily. She’s not perfect. She’s traveling down a long and winding path and is learning it really is all about the journey and not just about the destination. Your life will not change over night. But you can change your life— one moment at a time, one day at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time. Build your moments to make a better you. That’s what it’s about.

First night in Pattaya.
After stuffing our faces at the airport lounge, we board the flight continually stuffing our faces with pretzels and here we are at the hotel, consistently stuffing our faces.🐖🐖🐖🐖👙👙 Our driver was so great, he did a couple of stops for some fruit pick up, durian, mangoes and bananas. 358THBT for the fruit (AU$15/US$11). Can't say the durian was cheap...But anyway, was desperate to eat some. Swipe across to the end
I found this magnificent vegan restaurant ( Five star J) that takes online orders and delivers to your door!😃💃💃. All this food for only 720THBT including delivery charges (AU$30 /US$20). Kids loved the fried rice especially. Have pre-ordered for tomorrow night's dinner. Swipe to see.
We'll spend the day tomorrow having a full buffet for breakfast, explore the hotel and it's private beach, head to the gym and back to the room for dinner.
The next day will be a day of exploring the streets and the night market.
Planning to not make this a stressful trip. One location set for each day means harmony 💆. Doing too much, organising too many locations and cramming too many activities becomes too much of a chore. Chill.

Happy Wednesday everybody!
I want to talk a little about the problem we have with obesity right now in the United States. At this moment we have the highest percentage of overweight people than ever in history, this is a problem with many causes.
One of the biggest culprits is how we are teaching our kids to eat at a very early age. 👩👦 I always watch what Marcello is eating. This is so important to me.
One of the biggest thing, people do with toddlers and young children, is let them drink very high in sugar juices that are very processed and not at all good for them.
I am a firm believer in using a juicer ( I know it’s a mess 🍎🥕🥦 ) buying fruit and vegetables and making juice.
We can start changing one thing at a time with our kids diets and get them use to these things and they will accept it much easier than just putting them on some crazy crash diet.
REMEMBER the habits we learn as young children we take into adulthood! Its our responsibility as #parents
to teach our children how to eat healthy and be healthy.
They say if you do something for 21 days, it becomes a habit so lets start fighting this weight problem one day at a time and it can be something as simple as this.

Breakfast for two. It’s either a bowl of belly hugging warm oats with maple and banana, or homemade granola with coconut yoghurt, bananas and maple. Nora has been dabbling in making her own non-dairy yoghurts and the favourite has been cashew so far. It makes the wallet cry but our bodies deserve the best.
Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
I get asked quite often, “How do you eat vegan/vegetarian only? I COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT MEAT!” And my response is fairly simple, “because that’s just what makes me feel like my best self.”
I don’t eat meat because with the knowledge that energy is only transferable from one thing to the next, if an animal is killed in a bad way that energy can only go into the next thing; me. And for some this may not even phase you, but I’m a sensitive spirit and hyper empathetic so I FEEL EVERYTHING. And the last thing I want to feel is the sadness from a mistreated animal. It all can have very bad side effects on how you function. .
I also had very serious acne and stomach problems because of this bad energy flowing around inside of me and my sensitivity to it. I was depressed, unmotivated, and angry at the world. When I changed what I put into my body my entire life changed. My skin cleared up, I could eat pretty much whatever I chose, and I was a much happier person within the span of a year. I also felt like my mind was clearer and my intuition and connection with Source became stronger. My pineal gland was weeerrrrkkkiinnn ya’ll! AND by eating less meat I found out that I was helping save the environment too! Something I’m very passionate about as a nature lover.
So this isn’t my plug to turn anyone vegan/vegetarian. Just my way of spreading some knowledge on the subject for us simple folk who get sick of reading Wikipedia and webMD. These are my reasons for doing it. It works great for me, it may not work at all for some. But no matter what you’re eating remember YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT so make healthy choices so you can live a long prosperous and abundant life !!!

With winter still upon us it’s so important to be getting as many serves as veggies into us as possible, ESPECIALLY the bright and colourful types!
Bright and colourful vegetables contain many important nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins to boost our immune system and ward off colds and viruses.
I am loving rainbow chard (or Swiss chard as it’s also known) at the moment, it’s delicious and very affordable, especially at local farmers markets where you can pick up a massive bunch for a few dollars. It’s also very easy to grow in your own backyard as I’ve found out, especially with all this rain we have been getting lately. 🤗
Rainbow chard is a nutritional powerhouse, and contains fantastic amounts of vitamin K, A and C, as well as magnesium, iron, potassium and dietary fibre! This amazing plant also helps to regulate blood sugar levels, improves blood circulation and helps to protect against certain cancers such as colon cancer.
I love to chop it roughly and then stir fry on low heat with olive oil, garlic, brown lentils and walnuts, oven roasted pumpkin and balsamic vinegar! ✨🤩🌱 Have you cooked with rainbow chard before ? Would love to hear how you’ve used it !

Foi obtida maior perda de gordura no grupo de restrição calórica intermitente e uma menor redução na taxa metabólica basal quando comparado ao grupo de restrição calórica contínua.
Você não precisa estar em déficit calórico todos os dias para emagrecer, ciclar calorias pode ser uma boa estratégia para minimizar as respostas metabólicas compensatórias que dificultam a perda e favorecem o reganho de peso.
