treats today. Tried thinking outside of the box and made cookie dough pops and brownie pops. Let’s just say, the little ones went wild!!
PB Cookie Dough Pops:
1 bag #flapjacked
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
3T canned coconut milk
2T butter-flavor coconut oil (I use @nutiva
2T drippy PB
2 tsp butter flavor coconut oil
1/4 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate
Stir together first four ingredients. Roll into 12 balls. Freeze for 15 min. Re-roll! (The double roll is the secret to smooth 🏀 ‘s). Melt the oil and choc chips. Dip each stick in melted choc, then carefully insert into cookie ball. Drizzle choc over each one, tapping to get rid of excess. Refrigerate until coating firms up. Let sit for a few min before serving. ..............................................
PB Brownie Pops:
Make 1 chocolate PB mighty muffin following their directions. Empty finished brownie into a bowl.
3T softened coconut butter
2T cacao powder
2T swerve confectioners
1T nondairy milk
Stir together. Form 7 balls. Freeze 15 min. Re-roll.
Melt: 3 tablespoons @lilys_sweets_chocolate
with 2 tsp drippy peanut butter. Insert sticks into chocolate then into balls, then coat the balls. Refrigerate until coating firms up.

Tage wie diese [Montag] brauchen einfach einen süßen Start. Deswegen gab es Süßkartoffel, Kokosjoghurt, PB, Himbeeren und Schokobars. Inzwischen bin ich auf den Weg in die Arbeit und hoffe, es wird überschaubar... 🤞
