Taking a moment to gush a bit about my love for sprouts. 😆🌱💗 Flavor and texture ranges depending on the variety, and there are many varieties!
Radish and broccoli 🥦 sprouts are on the spicer side while clover, alfalfa, and sunflower🌻 are more mild tasting. Pea sprouts are one of my favorites, a bit sweet and sometimes more fibrous, good for a quick low heat sauté with garlic and olive oil. I also like mixing them all up and wrapping in nori for a #paleovegan
