So finally we went to the beach! The kids had the best time...i have to say that Karen's skin is at its best this time. She has been suffering from eczema for too long and i am sooo glad that we have found this doc and his cream!! I watched Karen played in the water and in the sand..building sand castle and even burried half her body in the sand with no single scratch or redness!! Such a different kid now...🙏😍 The video was taken on our way back from Bundeena beach!
If you are taking short, lukewarm showers, using a humidifier, and coating your skin with nourishing creams, but still experience irritated skin, then you’ll need to start looking elsewhere in your environment to find out what’s wrong. Experts recommend eliminating perfumes, which have the potential to be irritating regardless if they’re made in a lab or are derived from natural plant oils. Choose laundry detergents wisely as well, opting for fragrance and/or dye free detergents. Avoid dry cleaning your clothes as much as possible , as the chemicals used in the process can trigger eczema. Use Skinnies Therapeutic Clothing to keep those creams on and working! Wee boy aged 4 covered in eczema, mum had tried lots of creams and potions.
After some consultation around diet and lifestyle, child is now diary and grain free, we have supported his digestion helped alkalize his body and now he is eczema free. Even managed to get through Christmas with a few “Cheats” without a flare up. Natural health for the win AGAIN!!! Photo - is a stock photo
This is what Kate Walker says 👇 ⚠️ WARNING : Graphic post!! Ladies and gents, these were MY feet just 5 months ago. I suffered tremendously with eczema and am a registered nurse so am on my feet 10+ hour shifts - I was a hurting unit. I had been contemplating Plexus for several months prior. After many failed steroid injections, several different creams/ointments/bleach baths, drastic diet changes, you name it, I was seeing no progress and got so incredibly discouraged. It was summer time, I wanted to wear my cute sandals and not be living in agony! I no longer have pains, bleeding, raw, cracked skin. I have my life back! The only regret I have is not taking the plunge sooner!
My current regimen is: Tri plexus, vitalbiome and ease as I also suffer with endometriosis, which I have been symptom free from endo for 2 consecutive cycles!! You guys - plexus is 100% worth every single penny!! My current feet are pictured below - 100% clear!!! #eczema#eczemarelief#psoriasis#probio5#plexus#plexusambassador#eczemahealing#eczemacure#eczemaawareness#eczemahealing#eczemafree#eczematreatment#plexus#plexusprobio5#plexusrelief#plexusambassador

Drinking my tea and dreaming of all the goals I’m going to crush this year!!! 😜
My main man @daveramsey notes 7 areas of life to make goals in:
-Financial -Spiritual -Fitness -Educational -Family -Career
It’s important to not get discouraged if you get off track! Stay focused on your end goal, but be sure to make them specific and measurable! Break your goals into small chunks and milestones you can hit weekly to stay motivated! When you fall, keep getting back up. Make 2019 your year guys! 😜😍❤️
▪️PRODUCT REVIEW.▪️ ❤️Double tap the image if you’ve used Childs farm products before ❤️. So... if you watch my stories you will have seen that before Xmas Childs farm got in touch and said they were going to send me some fragrances free products to try out. Obviously as you all know I can’t use perfumed products on my skin or in my home (hence the name... non-scents-at-number-10) so this was exciting.
To be honest we have used some Childs farm products before (mainly on my boys) but I’ve tended to avoid them (aside from the unfragranced baby wash) as they do contain perfume.
The fragrance free baby wash they sent I’ve been using for some time now so can vouch for how nice it is and how it really doesn’t seem to irritate my skin. The biggy for me is the fragrance free moisturiser! I’m keen to see how the moisturiser works for me! I’m hoping potentially it will work just as well ( if not better) than the one I currently use. It has lots of things going for it on first inspection. Vegan. Cruelty free for starters. 👌🏼 I will continue to use the baby wash as we have been and will give the moisturiser a go on both me and the boys (they have a few patches of eczema at the moment mainly in their hands so hopefully this will help!) I’ll keep you posted.... ▪️Which child’s farm products have you used? ▪️Have you fried the moisturiser?
Full review on my blog soon x
Health progress update: I'm in the heat of detox mode with all the toxins "awakened" and making their way out. Painful and unsexy part of the process that occurs when you heal from within. A couple nights ago I had what I identified as a candida rash (UGH) which I treated with a balm that contained tea tree. Went down but skin is tired and weak. Since candida needs to be starved from sugars I went back to eating our grass-fed and no sugar added meat supplied by @butcher_box and I'm still on the celery juice protocol. My energy levels are RADICALLY and SIGNIFICANTLY different since starting celery juice. We have been sleeping more poorly than before because baby is teething but I have so much more energy; I have been able to make dinner without grief and even return to the kitchen to reset before bed. The heights of my morale is also unprecedented considering that I'm in detox mode and not feeling very beautiful. Instead of just staying in whatever garments and operating all unkept as I tend to when my skin is manifesting sickness, this time, I put my hair in a nice high bun, I put lipstick on, and glasses again, to distract myself from the rest of the damaged skin. Another point of vulnerability is going through this process with a still relatively new husband (14 months married) and letting him see me like this. Growing pains, y'all. Detox is a doozy. Thanks for reading. Go drink your celery juice. 😘

▪️ LUCKY ▪️
Today has been one of those days where I am truly thankful!! Realising that I really am lucky to have what I have.
My three gorg boys.
My close friends.
Whilst they may not all be as close geographically as I’d like, they all matter and I’m lucky to have them.
I know having eczema is crappy. I know having allergies sucks. In fact it’s life changing. It effects me daily. It effects my family daily. But ... I am thankful for the life I have despite the sh*tty allergies and skin.
I may always have it. Who knows. It may suddenly vanish one day (here’s hoping) but for now I just have to manage it as best I can. Share the info I have gained along the way hoping to help others. And just enjoy my life.
My skin had a wobble. I resorted back to the steroid cream ( granted a mild one but hey!) but today it’s ok! So I’m enjoying the short period of relief. Normality....For now any ways.
For anyone reading this that is going through it today with their skin, just know that it can get better. It will get better. Just think to those days. Do what you can to avoid the irritations. Avoid the triggers and do what you can to help yourself heal!
Here’s to a good week!
