We have a long weekend here in Canada and long weekends mean...it’s movie time!❤️
Thought I would share with you some of my favourite healthy movie snacks ! When I’m watching a show I love something which is munchable and bite-sized or something sweet. Here are my favourites :
🍿Pomegrenate ! As pictured ☺️ It is so refreshing in the summer and I love it cause you can put all the seeds in a bowl and munch on them. I love putting them in the freezer for a few minutes to get them super cold.
🍿Homemade popcorns : Buy corn seeds and make them at home! You get to control what toppings you add to them, to make sure they’re not too sugary or full of sodium.
🍿Chia seed pudding : recipe can be found on @izzypreps
but ultimately it’s just flavoured milk with some seeds that you pop in the fridge overnight!
🍿Edamame: So munchable, full of protein, and so delicious topped with some spices. Enough said.

‘s Instagram and it’s such a good comfort food, also packed with protein. I swear it sounds weird but it actually tastes great !
