Do you dread dinner time or anytime you have to feed the family?
I know it can be hard and kids can be so fussy, there are a few little tips that have helped us with our babies. 👌🏿 Be mindful of what you buy in your groceries, if you buy crap and have it in the cupboards/fridge the kids are going to see it and want it obviously. 👌🏿 By having a majority of healthy options they have no choice, they either eat what is there or go with out. 👌🏿 I know sometimes we think as long as they are eating, this was def my mindset a few years ago but what about the long term affect, by just eating it is just filling them up for a short period and not actually giving them the nutrients they need to be happy, healthy and thriving for now and there future. 👌🏿 Free kids fruit and veg chews have increased our boys appetite, no fussy eaters, got them eating and trying a variety of foods, teaching them the difference between healthy and not so healthy foods and keeping there immune system much stronger then what it was.
The boys also have, hot chips, pizza, lollies, ice cream just like we do, I am in no way saying we are perfect we just try our best to ensure our babies have real food majority of the time.
It’s all about education no matter how young or old, there is always something new to learn, I am in no way an expert but have learnt a lot more then what I knew 4 years ago.
Next time you eat or feed your family, think is this filling us up or is this actually feeding us.
Keep doing the best you can and always be open to learning something new. ❤️
