Sempre vou pelas cervejas especiais, e com essa forma de serviço ficou melhor para provar diferentes estilos com um gasto mais controlado, e agora vale a mesma ideia para espumante. Today was suchhh a good day! Worked out at @barrysbootcamp
(for the first time) and Derek’s class was killa. So fun!! Then went to Whole Foods and stocked up with some of my favs (see my story for grocery haul deets!!) But, real talk: living a healthy lifestyle and being a college student can be tricky. Which is why I wanna share some of the healthy hacks I’ve learned that work for me and hopefully help 💕
1. Shopping the perimeter at grocery stores usually saves 💰- this means stocking up on mostly fresh produce + lean proteins + less packaged items.
2. Meal prep! Or at least chop up some veggies and maybe cook up a grain each week. That way it is so much easier to quickly make meals.
3. Move! You don’t necessarily need to belong to a fancy gym to get a good sweat in. And I guarantee once you workout you feel sooo good thanks to endorphins 🙌 my fav YouTubers are @blogilates
for pilates and @adrienelouise
(yoga with adriene) for yoga. Going on runs is so inexpensive too because all you basically need is a pair of running shoes 👟 movement is medicine and I always feel clear headed after I workout
4. Carry a water bottle around! I bring my @healthyhumanlife
bottle around everywhere and it’s a great way to make sure you’re staying hydrated whether you’re in classes or on the go. Plus it’s environmentally friendly too 🌱🌎❤️
5. Balance! College life sometimes means parties and 2 am pizza runs with your besties. Don’t sweat it if you’re not being healthy 24/7 - making memories with your friends is worth not eating clean all the time. Balance is so important🤗
6. Befriend like minded people. This one is important because some of my best friends are also passionate about health and wellness and that makes going to workout classes with them so much better 💯 your vibe attracts your tribe ✌️

We all have it, people. 🙋♀️ Especially if you’ve carried a baby (or two, or five) or lost weight. Your skin was stretched and lost some of it’s elasticity, making it not as tight as before. You know what? IT’S OKAY!
Loose skin, a muffin top, rolls when you sit, stretch marks, or extra “fluff” (if that’s what you call it) DO NOT make you unfit, unhealthy, or any less sexy. 🔥
TBH ✋ I’m not always in love with my loose skin - especially when my belly’s in certain angles...KWIM? 😉 BUT I’ve learned to shake those negative thoughts, embrace my beloved high waisted pants 😂 and keep working on being the healthiest version of myself possible - both physically AND mentally. Bc this amazing body was 20 lbs heavier at one point (college years) and grew 2 tiny humans. That’s something to be proud of, IMO. ☺️

Packed lunch on the go of roasted asparagus, brussel sprouts, shredded cabbage along with a quinoa salad, and chickpeas for that plant protein which I then topped of with a lemon balsamic vinaigrette.
A quick tip if you find it hard to sometimes digest chickpeas or beans in general, I always use canned beans and give them a good rinse. I then remove the top skin of the chickpea which can be hard on the digestive system and always opt for the no added sodium canned beans so I therefore can adjust the salt to my liking.🍃🌍
