Do YOU know how to make a pumpkin pie? Our Street Team hit the SURC to learn the recipe from fellow Wildcats 😂 Tune in later this week, when we follow their instructions and bake a pumpkin pie of our own! 🥧 Happy Holidays! #CWUHype #CWU #Ellensburg
If only produce could speak, we might hear “we can reduce your risk of developing cancer by close to 50%,” 🙌or “we can help reduce your blood pressure by piling on the fiber to bring that nasty cholesterol back to your liver to be put to good use.” ❤️But food can’t talk. At least not in so many words.🌱 Check out the blog. Link in bio✌️☝️
we still have a few slots left for Wednesday orders! swipe right on these bad boys: blueberry rhubarb, pumpkin, chocolate pecan chess and key lime (available but not pictured: marionberry and salted caramel apple)

On November 10, Coffman Engineers honored our founder, Dave Coffman, with a contribution of $20,000 to @central_washington_university
University (CWU) supporting the Wildcat Commons Project. The check was presented to CWU in an on-field presentation by Dave Ruff and Chad Heimbigner during the CWU – Azusa Pacific football game. This honorarium is in recognition of Dave Coffman’s on-going affiliation with CWU. He attended CWU, where he played football and wrestled, before transferring to the University of Washington for his Bachelor’s degree. Dave has said while at CWU he gained valuable experiences that have shaped his career, especially regarding teamwork and leadership. Dave has recently reconnected with CWU and currently is active as a board member for both the Alumni Association and the Wildcat Club. Coffman Engineers has also developed a relationship with CWU, performing engineering services from our Seattle and Spokane offices on civil projects. This was a great opportunity to honor our founder in a meaningful way that also benefits an educational institution that has ties to both Dave and our company.

Today I felt brave enough to go into inverted butterfly (pictured, but all the way down). I also went directly into ferris wheel with only a whisper from my back instead of a: what-are-you-doing-to-me kind of notification. I never thought a few pieces of fabric could do so much, or so quickly. #skycitytrapezeandyoga #ellensburg #gratitude #comeflywithus #apprenticing
Plans for your Sunday? Make our @bobsredmill
oats a part of them!
This sweet girl got a new ride this week. She's a bit excited. Thursday she was dressed, ate breakfast, packed her lunch, and was out the door headed to the pasture by 6:50am.
They competed as a team for the first time today. Once they get to know each other they will do some amazing things. Welcome to the herd Twister.
Do you see what I see? Unexpected treasures at #ironhorsestatepark
this afternoon after the trip through the Maze of Eternal Madness (aka #IKEA
). How in the world is waiting an hour in the check-out lane considered a normal & acceptable way to spend one’s time??? Had to decompress & found a flock of #swans
at the river. The feather was there, too. Must be my reward for not losing my head in the big city. 😉
Great day today at the Harvest Farmer's Market in Ellensburg! Thank you for coming into town and supporting local farmers. Our Sunflower honey was a big hit today, as were my fun and whimsical needle felted items. Farmer Eric helped work the cider press, they pressed over 1100lbs of organic apples! All free of charge, Courtesy of Sonshine orchards. We can't thank Ken, Jeanne and their son, Andy Breeding, enough for their generous work and time involved in this. Any donations they receive for the delicious cider are given to their local charity.
Farmers markets are one of the best places to connect the farmer to the consumer. It's where we have the opportunity to tell "our story" about our farm, farming style and the products we have to offer. The Kittitas County Farmers Market has a small, but wonderful community of local farmers and we are most appreciative to all the hard work involved in running a market!
