“My body really has refused my stories of feeding it rubbish!” Lol! I love such statements! This is a direct quote from a former client who was doing everything right exercise-wise but neglecting the nutrition side of things. Looking at her, you would have no idea because she looks amazing!
However her energy levels were starting to hit rock bottom, she was struggling with acid reflux and was suffering the effect of nutrient deficiencies.
We started to work together and she took to the program like a champ! And the turnaround has been amazing!! Her mid-afternoon energy slump (which was rather severe) disappeared; acid reflux disappeared; mood improved; sleep improved; and often times now, her tummy will complain if she tries to feed it too much crap 😄
