is so over run with advertisements on new modern medicines to heal this & fix that, that remembering or even being taught how to heal ourselves has become so distant a #process
that we have stopped allowing our bodies the time to do what they were designed too, in order to heal. .
Living in the fast pace of this modern technical era, has created such a #disconnect
that we are always looking for the quickest #fix
and foregoing & forgetting that if given the right rest, food & #nourishment
, we CAN heal so much. Without #synthetic
chemical medications that simply do way more harm then good. .
Filling an already compromised immune system w/ medications, only meant to block pain receptors or mask symptoms, doesn’t support any sort of healing process so much as it aids to the breakdown of an already compromised system.
If your the type of person who is continuously getting sick, I’d urge you to look at your surrounding as much as what your putting IN & ON your body- these are HUGE contributors to our health decline.
Being constantly assaulted by the environmental toxins & those that are put in our foods & products are at an all time high & wrecking havoc on our delicate systems. The body is an amazing machine. So much of it Independently functions without our command just by living in it. We blink, breathe and circulate without intention. If we focused on #enhancing
what we could, in terms of eliminating those blockers & barriers while consciously fuelling ourselves w/ #nutrient
dense foods & clean products, I believe we would see an enormous shift in the things that plague us today.
We have to stop looking at our symptoms as a need to run to the doctor & focus more on what communication our bodies are giving. If you change how ur eating, what your using and listen to those signs- U could begin to heal. .
Insomnia, leaky gut, headaches, bowel irregularities, & fatigue are of some of the biggest communications ur body is sending u that need your attention. Focusing on what u can do to fix that vs bandaid it could save u yrs of torment- trust me !
