Hi guys, i must share this cheap but delicious meal that i just made for lunch! I used to make this when i was in Hanoi ... and suddenly I craved for it today. So i went to the market and got this after 40 minutes! I shall call it Five Spices Goodness😀 .... Put rice on first before you start making this ok! .... 2 eggplants 1 big piece of tofu =)Cut them in cubes and bring to fry, just so they dont break when we put them in the mixture. =)A half onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a bit of ginger, 1 lemongrass (the end white bit), chilli as much as you want. Chop everything into small bits or using blender to beat them roughly =)in a clay pot or normal pot would do, 1 table spoon of veg oil, add all 5 spices in for 2 minutes. Then add fried eggplant and tofu in. Mix well with half cup of water and soya sauce if you are vegetarian, with oyster sauce and soya sauce if you are non vegetarian =) slow cook for 20 minutes =) add a little corn starch mixed with water in before serving with rice =) toppings with spring onion =) 100bht lunch for 2 persons = sooo yummy! Меня там почти не бывает 😄 Лично я просто люблю следить за любимыми профилями ❤ без тафтологии не получается)) и посмотреть и пообщаться) А эти 👆 булочки пекла еще месяца два назад) Юля @maybee_spb это как раз те, которые я делала с вареной сгущенкой, если ты еще помнишь 🙈😂 рецепт оставлю, вдруг кому пригодится) 🍮 #рецепты_yulia_m  Булочки с вареной сгущенкой 🔸1 яйцо 🔸200 мл кефира 🔸4 ст л сахара 🔸50 г сливочного масла 🔸1 ч л разрыхлителя 🔸400-450г муки Соединяем сахар, яйцо и масло комнатной температуры. Все хорошо перемешиваем. Добавляем кефир и еще раз перемешиваем. Добавляем муку с разрыхлителем и замешиваем тесто. Не стоит тесто делать слишком крутым, иначе булочки будут жесткими. Как только тесто перестало липнуть к рукам, значит, что муки достаточно. Формируем булочки и кладем начинку сгущенку. Выкладываем булочки на антипригарную бумагу. Выпекаем примерно 30 минут при температуре 160 градусов. Духовку заранее разогреваем. Приятного аппетита!

One of my main goals is making time for fitness in between working, momming, teaching, Montessori training and procrastinating. I really want to start getting up an hour early for yoga but it’s SOO hard 😭 I want a strong back again with little to no squish, so it needs to happen. “Cheat meals” - a mindset I got overly stuck in. I used to live for these meals... I would be extremely strict with my food intake, follow my macros to the number, exercise like crazy and then feel ELATED when it was time to allow myself a meal of anything I wanted. Seemed fine at the time, because my body was shrinking, I was looking great, and hell I DESERVED it. Then came pregnancy. I spend 6 days a week working out, I eat clean but enjoy a few indulgences (I do not track macros), and sometimes, I have a “cheat meal.” I realized in this moment how much my mindset had shifted. I felt utter guilt over having a cheat meal. I’ve worked as hard for it now as I did in the past (but instead I’m intuitively eating so some days I eat more some days I eat less)...but it was my body making me feel guilt. No longer was it shaping up but CHANGING SHAPE (and that shape is bigger regardless of what I eat) and so to me that felt like the meal I chose was undeserved. THIS IS A PROBLEM!!! This is where I knew I had to draw the line. I can’t half ass intuitive eating. A meal consisting of burgers and fries is not my norm so why the guilt? I lost 65lbs in the past intuitively eating yet now I’m stuck in a flux. I think deeming food as a reward or cheat makes it somehow dirty, sneaky and extra guilty when in fact it’s just a different choice on a different day. It won’t undo your world if you don’t consistently make those choices. The diet mindset lies deep within me, and probably many of us, and my goal is to eradicate it entirely. Pregnancy has already helped me feel freedom and given me more knowledge to listen to my body.
